Abstract:The aim of tas planning is to choose the best tax-paying project to alleviate the taxation in accorduce with the intention of the tax laws and without prejudice to the tax laws. Tax planning is the necessary result after the market economy runs to a certainty phase. It is in the prinary phase at present in China but rather popular abd widely known overseas.Tax planning is becoming a hot topic in the financing activities of the Chinese enterprises gradually. The leaders of the enterprises come forth stronger desire for tax planning. A serise of questions, such as how to pay taxes under the tax laws correctly and reasonably, how to plan the taxation according to the tax laws, will surly turn into photspots of the economic activities.

Abstract:This paper aims to discuss the present situation and development path of enterprise tax planning. By summarizing and analyzing the existing literature, it is found that the main characteristics of current enterprise tax planning include: the application of various planning methods, the avoidance of tax risks and the guarantee of legitimacy. At the same time, there are also some problems, such as the complexity of planning means, the change of tax policy and the difficulty of implementation. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some development paths, including improving the compliance and standardization of enterprise tax planning and strengthening the supervision of tax collection and management. These measures are helpful to promote the healthy development of enterprise tax planning and the sustainable development of economy and society.

Abstract:Chinese economy is in transition with expanding domestic demand . The capacity is becoming a new economic normality. High-tech industry as a new force in promoting economic development plays an increasingly important role. Taxation is an important part of corporate financial management, the impact of the economic activity and tax interests of the company, so a reasonable tax planning is conducive to the company’s financial management objectives. Many high-tech industries enjoy preferential tax policies, while they are also high input and high output. So it is necessary for high-tech enterprises in tax planning. This paper introduces the theory of tax planning and high-tech industry, and then base d on the latest legal summarizes the high-tech enterprises in the value-added tax, business tax, income tax of these three main tax incentives. Combin ing the features of tax planning concepts and high-tech industry, this paper presents the high-tech industry investment activities, operating activities, financing activities of the three aspects of tax planning strategies. Finally, the paper puts insufficient research from different angles such as policy risk and business risk. In the summary, I pointed out the lack of research presented in this paper and looked forward to the future tax planning.

Abstract:For the financial management of modern enterprises, tax planning is a very important work. Excellent tax planning can help enterprises to standardize operation, comply with the relevant tax laws and also help enterprises to avoid tax within a reasonable range and reduce their tax pressure. Enterprises need a lot of funds in the process of development, especially in the initial construction and expansion stage. At this time, through reasonable tax planning, it is possible to reduce the tax payment of enterprises, so that enterprises can invest more funds in their own construction and development and their capital chain can operate smoothly. However, in the process of implementation, this work is easily affected by various factors, such as the business environment of the enterprise, the basis of tax planning, etc., which also leads to the enterprise's tax planning is often unstable and has a lot of risks. In order to deal with this situation, enterprises should comprehensively understand and analyze various tax planning risks, and adopt effective strategies and measures to control them, so as to ensure the effective implementation of tax planning. Abstract:An overview of the evolution of tax planning research is the goal of this study. Corporate tax planning, or the capacity of the corporation to plan its tax affairs, refers to the use of a variety of techniques to legally lower its tax bills or to take advantage of tax law gaps. The narrative method of reviewing the literature is used in this work, and it entails compiling and synthesising previously published studies on corporate tax planning. The information was gathered from publications by American Accounting Association, Emerald, Elsevier, Inderscience, Taylor and Francis Ltd. that were published in international journals that were indexed by Scopus. Samples from 2010 to 2022 included up to 33 articles about corporate tax planning. Many empirical studies use a quantitative approach by showing that by utilizing transfer pricing with agency theory, corporate tax planning performance can be measured.

Abstract:The majority of taxpayers, whether individuals or corporations, seek to reduce their tax burden or to benefit from a certain tax saving. In this sense, taxpayers resort to various legal or even illegal tax planning practices. In this article, we seek to deepen the understanding of the concept of tax planning and to offer, to the various readers, new theoretical and empirical indicators to understand the motivations behind fiscally aggressive behavior. Indeed, after presenting the theoretical framework of the notion of tax planning, we will discuss the main theoretical and empirical sources that have attempted to model and estimate the extent of tax planning. At the end of our review of the theoretical and empirical literature, we can argue that the deterrence theory, which has dominated the earlier literature on tax planning, is insufficient to explain fiscally aggressive behavior, and that the modeling of tax planning practices depends to a large extent on the context of the estimated study and on the interpretations of tax laws.

Abstract:The enterprise income tax occupies very important status in the tax paying of enterprise, and it has large space of tax planning. Under the background that the new enterprise income tax law was issued, we discussed the problem how to use tax planning to reduce the tax burden of enterprise and realize the maximization of the total profit for the enterprise. In this article, we studied the tax financing in the stage of enterprise financing from the selection of financing mode and the confirmation of financing channel, and put forward that the enterprise should select the liability financing mode to the largest extent in the critical risk range of equity structure. We studied the tax planning in the stage of investment of enterprise from three aspects including correctly selecting the investment direction, confirming proper enterprise organization form and selecting tax saving investment subject. We studied the tax planning from two aspects such as income and charge deduction. We studied the tax planning in the distribution stage of enterprise management result from first utilizing taxable income to compensate the loss, the loss recovering sequence of domestic investment profit return and the profit distribution strategy in the low tax region. For above aspects, we all put forward our own new theoretical opinions.

Abstract:In terms of taxation, as one of the main sources, corporate income tax is 20% according to the newest financial reports. Therefore, conducting tax planning and developing a series of corporate income tax planning plans is crucial for maximizing corporate interests. This paper is based on the Enterprise Income Tax Law, with Company A as the research object. In response to the development of the company in the past three years, literature review and case analysis methods are used to plan for enterprise income tax payment of the company, in order to reduce taxes and increase profits. This article introduces the company's overview, financial situation, and existing problems, such as not fully utilizing tax preferential policies Failure to reasonably distinguish or plan expenses, resulting in exceeding tax amounts and failing to recognize revenue methods for various sales, has led to corresponding planning plans to reduce risks while reducing expenses, which not only reduces the taxable amount of corporate income tax but also increases profits.

Abstract:Making rational management decisions requires knowledge and consideration not only of the internal potential of the enterprise, but also the external conditions of its operation. Accordingly, the accuracy of management decisions and the ability to adapt to a changing environment determine the effectiveness of activities. The country’s tax system is an extremely powerful external condition, so the tax planning of enterprises and the quality of management directly affects not only the economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, but also the trajectory of the country’s development. The purpose of the article is to establish and justify the specifics of tax planning in the system of accounting and management information space. To achieve this goal, the authors used such methods and techniques of cognitive theory as content analysis (to review publications on tax planning in the Web of Science Core Collection for 2000-2020), statistical analysis (to determine the tax burden on the economy of Ukraine), abstract logical analysis (to substantiate the specifics of decision-making in the process of tax planning), tabular and graphical methods (to visualize the results of the study). This allowed the authors to define the principles of tax planning in the accounting and management information space. These principles include: communication (development and implementation of strategies based on stakeholder dialogue, taking into account needs, promoting better decision making), use of the best available information (information should be reliable and contextual), assessment of the impact on the value of the enterprise (modeling the effectiveness of alternative solutions, classification of actions according to their impact and consequences), smart management (accountability and trust, sustainability in the long run, ethics and social responsibility). It is proved that the implementation of tax planning in the system of accounting and management information space allows to achieve the established priorities and should be an element of enterprise development strategy.

Abstract:The article examines the approaches of scientists to the interpretation of the concept of tax planning and found that in most publications the attention of scientists is focused on the study of the essence, types, and methods of tax planning, but due attention is not paid to the study of factors influencing the quality of tax plans. The author's definition of the essence of tax planning is proposed, taking into account its implementation at the level of business entities, as well as relevant state and territorial management bodies. At the same time, tax planning is considered as a system of measures formed within the framework of current tax legislation, aimed at the level of economic entities to optimize the tax burden and reduce tax risks, and at the level of the state and territories - to determine the optimal tax parameters and rational decisions of the relevant state and territorial management bodies, aimed at providing a justified (within the tax potential) volume of tax revenues to the budgets of different levels. Attention is focused on the fact that the tax planning process should be based on taking into account both the national approach and the activities of business entities, that the field of tax planning involves the use of exclusively legal, legally permissible approaches when developing ways to reduce the level of the tax burden on the business entity, and tax planning serves as the basis for the development of decisions in the field of taxation management and must be carried out taking into account the requirements of current tax legislation. External, internal, objective, subjective, main, secondary, permanent, variable, intensive, extensive, general, specific, direct, indirect, complex and simple factors that exert a significant influence on the quality of tax plans are characterized. It is proposed to distribute the factors according to the established groups, which in the future will ensure the assessment of the influence of such factors on the results of the formation and quality of tax plans.

Abstract:The application of tax planning by an economic entity will make it possible to release part of the funds from financial (including tax) liabilities and effectively use them in the reproduction process for modernization, reconstruction, improvement of technical conditions for the production of goods, works and services. Every structure of a successful business strives for profitable production, therefore tax optimization, methods and schemes of its application are topical issues. In the context of an annual increase in the tax burden, optimization for entrepreneurial activity is interesting not only for the existing companies, but also for novice businessmen and start-ups. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and develop practical recommendations for the implementation of tax planning. To achieve it, the following tasks and objectives were set: to study and generalize the views of Russian scientists in modern economic conditions; to develop approaches to improving the mechanism of tax optimization in order to perform the functions assigned to it, and above all, to influence the financial conditions of an economic entity through the possibility of tax optimization provided by legislation. In the course of the work, the following methods of classification were used: abstract-logical, monographic, analytical, logical approach, comparison and generalization, etc. The methodological and theoretical basis for the study was the works of representatives of Russian science, regulatory and legislative acts of the Russian Federation regulating the functioning of the tax system; official publications, as well as materials of scientific and practical conferences. The obtained results contribute to the identification of ways to improve the mechanism of tax planning by business entities.

Abstract:In recent years, the importance of science and technology, as the first productive force, has been gradually highlighted. China pays great attention to high-tech enterprises and strongly supports them in fiscal and taxation policies to promote their development effectively. In responding to national policies, high-tech enterprises also continue to improve their efficiency, so the accounting and tax planning work of enterprises is mandatory. However, combined with the status quo of accounting and tax planning of high-tech enterprises, there is something to be improved in both aspects, which makes the enterprises' financial and taxation risks higher and is not conducive to their normal operation. Abstract:Topicality of the studied problem is predetermined by the necessity for improving the management of tax expenses of an economic subject, caused by the peculiarities of development of the taxation process in Russia and, as a consequence, by the taxpayers’ wish to optimize their tax liabilities. Thus, a need for theoretical and practical knowledge on formation of tax expenses and management of their volume on the basis of improving the tax strategy of an economic subject arises, which predetermines the emergence of independent sphere of financial management – tax management of organization (corporate tax management), which task is to optimize the management of tax liabilities at the micro-level. The purpose of the article is to determine and open the general tendencies and peculiarities of functioning and development of tax management at the corporate level. The leading approaches to studying this problem are the historical & legal and comparative & legal approaches, which allow for complex consideration of the process of functioning of tax management as an element of financial management and the object of economic & legal regulation. Results: the article views the causes of emergence of tax management: opens the general tendencies and peculiarities of its functioning; determines the most significant directions; reflects the stages and methods of tax planning; offers the algorithm of calculation of planned liabilities for the year and the variants of determining the effectiveness of tax management. Abstract:The purpose of this research is to reveal the metode best practice of the tax consultant's side regarding corporate tax planning. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. This method is considered suitable because it helps researchers to reveal in dept nh the practice of tax planning. The results of the study reveal that the best practices most often used by tax consultants are three, namely depreciation in terms of differences between accounting and tax regarding the useful life and methods used. inventory by choosing between First In First Out and average, both of these methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages, making differences of opinion between senior and junior tax consultants, the last practice most often used is cost shifting. These three practices are proven to be able to minimize the tax burden, but of course there must be considerations made by tax consultants in choosing the best practice to do. The findings of this study can be useful for taxpayers in terms of education and learning related to tax planning, besides that for future researchers it is recommended not only to focus on practices but also to lead to their meaning.

Abstract:. According to the "Outline of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan and Vision 2035 of the National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China", it is necessary to "implement tax policies favorable to energy conservation, environmental protection and the comprehensive utilization of resources", and the current task of resource tax is no longer only to raise financial funds, as part of green tax, its main purpose is to curb environmental pollution through taxation, and play the role of protecting the environment and saving resources. As a part of green tax, its main purpose is to inhibit environmental pollution and play the role of environmental protection and resource conservation through taxation. However, whether the present resource tax really plays such a role has to be further proved. Therefore, this paper analyzes the origin of resource tax, the effectiveness of the current resource tax and the existing problems on this basis. These problems are related to the scope of taxation, tax reduction and exemption, tax basis and tax collection and management. By analyzing the reasons for the problems and the corresponding impacts, we will improve the relevant suggestions for the reform of resource tax in China.
