Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of our country's education level, the electrical design of teaching buildings has been paid more and more attention. If the safety measures of building facilities are not perfect, once there is a safety problem, it will inevitably bring irreparable huge losses to the personal safety of students and teachers and the property safety of the school. Abstract:A hospital building features a number of different functional areas. The equipment and systems that serve the building and its medical needs are complex and require various forms of energy, including electricity, gas, steam, hot water and chilled water. Domestic and foreign research data show that the energy consumption per unit area of hospital buildings is twice that of general public buildings. This article selects a typical comprehensive hospital in the hot summer and cold winter area as a case, analyzes the actual energy demand of the hospital building through the measured data, and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the energy consumption mode and system improvement plan of the hospital in combination with the operating conditions.

It shows that poor legal awareness and low crime cost has heavily affected medical treatment environment. Vicious event is the reflection of the social contradictions in hospital and needs full participation to smooth. And the mismatched medical resources and patient demands makes inadequate of hospital patient communication.

Abstract:Objective To research the influence of electrical energy quality descend on error rate and safety traffic of medical equipment.Methods During Jan 2004 to Dec 2006,historicity track and research on a hundred Class 'A' equipment in 6 types,which are high usage rate of each section office in attached hospitals,note every error of equipment,consulting the results of monitoring electrical energy quality in same period of time,to compare and analysis,to identification and screen out error property,get relative data.Results In total 356 times errors which are influenced by electrical energy quality,the errors of electric power source are 159 times,the errors of control portion are 157 times,the errors of signal channel are 20 times.Electric pollution induce descend of electrical energy quality,especially to electric power source and control portion of medical equipment.Conclusions Electric pollution make descend of electrical energy quality,induce increase of medical equipment error rate,lead safety traffic of medical equipment to bad side,technology department of medical engineering should on their high guard.

Abstract:This paper presents a detailed analysis of the safety of human bodies in the electromagnetic field generated by inductive power transfer (IPT) systems designed for kitchen appliances. Comparisons of basic and reference limit values of various safety standards are investigated through theoretical circuit analysis and extensive simulation studies. Simulation models of human bodies along with an IPT system for kitchen appliances are established to reveal the effect of the electromagnetic field on the human body. Corresponding experiments are conducted via constructing a configuration of the designed IPT system and simulating the standing position. Both experimental and analytical results indicate that it is easier to fulfill international safety standards by increasing the operating frequency of the IPT system for kitchen appliances, and hence, the safety of human bodies can be effectively improved.

Abstract:Power supply system is an important part of safety-critical computer platform for the railway signal control equipment. According to the basic architecture of dual-duplex platform, to meet the reliability requirements of safety-critical computer platform in EN50126, the power supply system is improved and better architectures is proposed. In addition, according to the EMC requirements of EN50121 railway standard, to solve some important EMC problems, the power system adopts the following design methods: transient voltage suppression, current-limiting and voltage dips suppression. Finally, this paper uses Reliability analysis Software to verify the effect of this power supply system design on system reliability, and uses experimental method to verify the function realization of EMC solutions.

Abstract:The improvement of the electrical power supply is now from the ordinary one to the purified one.We think,the automaticalized,digitalized,integrated and civilized medical instruments all need to use the purified-power supply.We analyzed the troubles of electrical energy from the interference of the common-mode and different-mode also from the un-balanced of the tri-phasic voltage.We analyzed the effection and defection to the different medical instrument and information system from all these troubles.Meanwhile,we compared the technical data of the ordinary voltage-regulaˉtor with the purified-power supply.We discussed the necessity of the purified-power supply for the medical instruˉment.

Abstract:With the increasing of social electricity consumption, power engineering is gradually facing severe challenges in the process of development. Due to the complexity and particularity of power engineering, in the actual construction process, some construction management units, construction units fail to implement the relevant safety management regulations, easy to cause safety accidents, safety management issues are very important. Therefore, this paper discusses the current safety management of power engineering construction site from the perspective of power supply enterprises, and analyzes the current safety management status of power engineering from three aspects: personnel safety awareness, safety education and training, and safety management methods. In view of these three aspects, management methods and effective countermeasures such as establishing safety awareness of all staff, strengthening safety education and training, improving safety risk prevention and control system, strengthening outsourcing team management and construction site management and control are proposed, which provide reference and suggestions for the healthy and stable development of the power supply industry.

Abstract:Fire accident remains one of the most significant challenges facing the safety management of hospitals. Existing statistics have shown that hospital fires always cause severe casualties when occurred, and how to safely evacuate people from hospital fires is significant yet has not been systematically investigated by now. In this paper, state-of-the-art studies in hospital evacuation under fire are discussed. First, we identify the risks in hospitals that may lead to fires and hinder the evacuation process. Next, the whole evacuation process under hospital fires is presented and discussed, along with our future prospects. The disabled patients and those involving the use of wheelchairs/medical beds are crucial roles during the evacuation, and many efforts should be devoted to them, including elevator evacuation and assistance from the medical staff. Moreover, integrating Building Information Modeling and facilities management for establishing effective evacuation strategies may be worth studying. We expect that this work could bring a more comprehensive insight for the architects and engineers to conduct fire safety design and management for hospitals.

Abstract:Introduction: Considering application of multiple electrical equipment, numerous occupational accidents occur in hospitals each year. Electrical accidents are severe and impose high costs on the individuals and organizations. The aim of this study was to assess the risk of electrical systems in one of the oldest hospitals under supervision of Baqiyatallah University using energy trace and barrier analysis method (ETBA). Methods and Materials: All wall plugs, switches, stationary and portable equipment, and stationary and portable electrical panel were evaluated in terms of earthing and appearance. This was done using a simple voltmeter and a 100-watt bulb. All equipment and electrical panel were examined for the presence of Residual Current Device. The ETBA worksheets were completed for each equipment and workstation. The existing barriers were identified and initial risk reduction numbers were calculated. Barriers and solutions were suggested for the equipment or workstation that was at higher risk. Controlled risk was calculated by considering new barriers. Results: The ETBA worksheets were completed for 71 devices and workstations. The initial and controlled risk was calculated. Surveys revealed that all sections of the main building and the departmental structures did not have a good status regarding the earth condition. Risk assessment of the equipment and stations by ETBA method indicated that 97% of the equipment were not at an acceptable level of risk, 52% were at the unacceptable risk level, 45% were at undesirable risk level, and only 3% were at the acceptable risk. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used to prioritize resource allocation to eliminate hospital defects and reduce the risk of accidents up to an acceptable level.

Abstract:Objective To standardize the procedure and ensure the safety of oral administration,and to achieve the "three-accurate",that is right medicine,right time,and right patients． Methods The concept of "Health Care Failure Mode and Effect analysis" was used to analyze the procedure of in-patients' oral administration,and adjust the system according to insecurity factors to improve the hospital oral administration system constantly． Results The systematic reconstruction of the oral administration improved nurses' and patients' satisfaction,reduced the error rate of in-patients' oral administration and improved the safety of oral administration． Conclusion The application of"Health Care Failure Mode and Effect analysis" to forward-looking analysis in-patient oral administration system,combined with the actual situation of our hospital to develop and implement plans are the guarantees of oral administration security.
