Abstract:We reported a case presented with erythematous plaques with scales distributing all over the body following the Blaschko’s lines diagnosed with inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN) clinically, and deep NGS of the lesion showed a somatic mutation in CARD14. We treated her with secukinumab and finally and it turned out to be a significant improvement.
