Abstract:Solid renal masses are often indeterminate for benignity versus malignancy on magnetic resonance imaging. Such masses are typically evaluated with either percutaneous biopsy or surgical resection. Percutaneous biopsy can be non-diagnostic and some surgically resected lesions are inadvertently benign.
