Abstract:Clinical introduction A man in his 30s presented to emergency room with acute onset chest pain and breathlessness. Electrocardiography showed ST segment elevations in the inferior leads with reciprocal depression. Being within the window period, he was thrombolysed with streptokinase. Subsequently, he was referred to cardiology for coronary angiography. A coronary angiogram was done through right radial access as shown in figure 1A.
