Clinical analysis of replantation of tooth dislocation

Abstract:Objective To study the replantation time of teeth after dislocation,the media pulp and processing and to explore the success factors of the operation.Methods Dislocation teeth were rinsed immediately with saline and stored at 0.25 percent solution of chloramphenicol for five minutes.Conventional debridement under local anesthesia was adopted.The nest alveolar periodontal ligament was preserved as much as possible,and repeatedly washed with normal saline.0.25 percent rinse solution of chloramphenicol was finally used to rinse,alveolar nest was prepared to be full of blood so that it was implanted as dislocation teeth and fixed.Results Three-year follow-up showed successful 93 teeth with a success rate of 94.9%.Conclusions For the dislocation of the teeth in particular in vitro replantation,the earlier the surgery is,the higher the success rate is.Extracted teeth should not be left dry,and they had better be put in the mouth or in milk.When no serious periodontal inflammation occurs,vital dentpulp should be preserved as much as possible.
