Abstract:With the deepening of the problem of population aging, the problems of physical aging and cognitive decline that accompany age have received increasing attention from researchers. Cognitive frailty refers to an elderly clinic with cognitive impairment caused by physical frailty or pre-frailty syndrome. The occurrence of cognitive frailty will reduce the ability of the elderly to perform activities of daily living and reduce the quality of life of the elderly in their later years. If an early intelligent health management of the symptoms of cognitive frailty can be carried out, it is of great significance to delay its progress and achieve healthy aging. Scholars at home and abroad have made some explorations on the smart health management of cognitive frailty. Therefore, this article summarizes the cognitive frailty smart health management of the elderly from the aspects of cognitive frailty screening, monitoring and evaluation, and intervention based on the review of domestic and foreign literature. The progress of the research on cognitive frailty has put forward suggestions for smart health management of cognitive frailty, providing ideas for the early identification and intervention of cognitive frailty of the elderly in my country and the construction of smart health management programs. Through reviewing relevant literature, it is found that foreign countries pay more attention to the health management of cognitive frailty in the elderly, and remote assessment and smart intervention are well developed. However, the research on cognitive frailty in my country is in the initial stage of development, and the related health management and intervention content is relatively large. The smart health management of cognitive frailty abroad can provide a reference for the health management of cognitive frailty in the elderly in my country. Early smart health management of cognitive frailty plays an important role in maintaining the core abilities of the elderly and maintaining the health of the elderly.
