Abstract:The fabric of life: Fabrics of metal‐oxide nanofibers are a new class of high‐performance catalytic materials with potential applications in industrial chemistry. By providing excellent dispersion, order, and access to the catalytic sites, La2O3CeO2 fabrics exhibited high performance in the oxidative coupling of methane at significantly lower feed‐gas temperatures than analogous powder catalysts.
