Abstract:With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of economic globalization, the traditional form of trade has been completely changed, and the current e-commerce, e-payment and other industries are developing rapidly. With the popularity of cross-border e-commerce (CBEC), e-payment is an important part of CBEC, which maintains its dominant position with its fast, convenient, safe and other attributes. However, the current economic form in China is still expanding, and the payment of CBEC platform needs to be changed to adapt to the high-intensity cross-border payment. With the emergence of blockchain technology (BT), there are new opportunities and challenges in CBEC platform payment. Based on BT, the program cost in cross-border payment can be simplified and multi-party series connection can be carried out. This paper studies the payment system of CBEC platform based on BT, clarifies the characteristics of blockchain, and studies the cross-border e-payment based on blockchain. The transformation of payment process is based on the foundation of de tripartite and de centralization. This paper designs the CBEC payment system based on the blockchain. JSP is used as the basis of the page, and ajax technology is used to realize the interaction between the application presentation layer and the service layer. The local database is MySQL, and the network database is blockchain. BP neural network model is used. This paper analyzes the scale of CBEC transactions and points out that the research on CBEC payment platform based on BT is imperative. The results show that the transaction scale of CBEC is expanding year by year. In 2015, the transaction scale is 5.13 trillion yuan. In 2020, the transaction scale will increase to 11.03 trillion yuan, and the growth rate will gradually slow down, from 34.5% in 2015 to 15.4% in 2020.
