Abstract:The article is devoted to the application of big data technologies in public administration, in particular, in public financial management. The paper outlines the basic principles of effective public financial management and describes the development trends of state information systems. The foreign experience of using the big-data technologies in public administration has been studied. For the first time, the definition of the information system oriented at big data use has been proposed. The expediency of using such information systems is considered. A concept scheme of the big-data-oriented information system for the public administration sector is proposed.
