Abstract:The intensive pace of digital transformation creates the need to respond quickly to changes in needs, interests, tools, which are preferred by hospitality customers. From the point of view of business efficiency, digitalization is focused on integrating artificial intelligence, software products into the production process and the process of effective management decisions to solve current situations and solve problems based on ready-made decision algorithms based on real performance indicators. By adapting software resources to the work of enterprises and ensuring not only our own economic security, but above all, we form an unprecedented value to the consumer, assessing their needs and personally meeting their requirements, standards and wishes. This approach helps to increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise in the market, which is extremely important especially for the hospitality industry, where you need a personal approach to each client. Often, hospitality companies carry out several activities, and the management of the entire production process should be organized in a single technological cycle, for the convenience of the client. It is with the help of software products that it becomes possible to combine completely different technological processes of separate divisions or departments of the enterprise into a single system with the ability to differentiate each type of work and evaluate the results of their activities and individual business processes. Modern software products make it possible to ensure the synergistic effect of the work of separate structural units or even branches of companies. The rapid development of software products encourages companies to move to an innovative type of development, trying to be the first to adapt new tools to their own business. By linking all systems into a single mechanism, we have real-time analytical data that allows us to: track the strengths and weaknesses of the business; understand the economics of the whole process of providing services and be able to quickly correct situations; focus on those channels from which users are most converted to real customers. Therefore, it is important to explore the basic tools of digital technologies that can be effectively used in the process of doing business and increase its competitiveness.

Abstract:Society digitalization significantly affects all spheres of life including the hospitality industry. The introduction of new technologies is becoming a key success factor for hotel and restaurant enterprises because it allows them to optimize processes, improve service and attract new customers. The article describes a digital transformation model for hospitality businesses that includes digital guest relationship management tools, operational optimization solutions, automated management systems, digital marketing strategies: using social media, online advertising and content marketing, customer engagement tools and digital innovations in the field of security. The digital transformation of the hospitality industry enterprise economic activity will provide an opportunity to increase the enterprise’s efficiency and competitiveness, improve the customer experience and customer satisfaction, optimize operating costs, attract new customers and expand market share. Along with this the challenges and threats that digital transformation brings with it are considered. One of the main challenges is the need to adapt to changing technologies and consumer expectations. Ensuring cyber security and personal data protection is another significant risk of digital transformation in the hotel industry. The author recommends to develop a clear digital transformation strategy taking into account the needs and capabilities of the enterprise; to provide comprehensive personnel training to work with new technologies; to pay due attention to cyber security and data protection issues and constantly monitor consumer expectations and update digital services. It is noted that digital transformation in the modern conditions is not just the new technologies implementation but also a systemic change in the culture and approaches to the entire enterprise work and the implementation of a comprehensive approach to digital transformation will allow hospitality enterprises not only to remain competitive but also to reach a new development level and business success. High technological readiness, innovative approach and flexibility in solving problems will allow enterprises of the hospitality industry to successfully adapt to the new realities of the digital age.

Abstract:The development of high technologies is a process that can characterize the 21st century. Many processes in the life of society today are presented in an online format, the Internet space has become a platform for conducting many basic operations: conducting transactions, concluding purchase and sale transactions, etc. Of course, digital progress is also having a significant impact on the tourism industry, especially its recovery from the loss of customers due to restrictions due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. The article identifies the main trends in consumer behavior after quarantine as vectors for the development of the hospitality and tourism industry to develop a marketing concept and build guest confidence in terms of security measures. The authors also consider the rate of recovery of the tourism and hospitality sector after the coronavirus epidemic in 2020, highlight domestic promising destinations for vacationers, and reveal a change in the attitude of citizens towards traveling around their native country. The article analyzes the results of a study by a large travel company Amadeus to study the opinion of citizens on the impact of technology on the organization of travel in Russia and foreign tours, on the basis of which the authors propose the most appropriate information tools that are not only popular among consumers and can help tourism enterprises attract more guests, but also capable of making it easier for tourists to travel, ensure safety on the road and gain consumer confidence, which will have a positive effect on increasing company revenue, customer flow, and gaining an advantage for Russian market players in the international arena.

Abstract:The development of information technologies requires great attention of managers to the formation of information support and the promotion of goods and services to the market. Therefore, taking into account the relevance of the issue, the article considers innovative mechanisms for building effective management systems in tourism and the hotel and restaurant industry through the use of digital technologies. The purpose of the study is to develop ways of implementing innovative mechanisms for ensuring effective communications in the system of development of enterprises in the field of tourism and hotel and restaurant industry. a retrospective analysis of communication systems was carried out. The article is devoted to the definition of innovative technologies for the development of the communications system in different historical periods. The article defines modern trends in the innovative application of communication technologies and the latest communication systems. As a result of the study, the role of innovations in the formation of effective communications is substantiated, taking into account the specifics of the tourism and hotel and restaurant industry. The problems of remote communication under certain limitations have not yet been sufficiently studied. In particular, it is difficult to say about the consequences of such influences on the mental and psychological state of a person, because people are social beings and communication is a basic human need. Analyzing the processes of development of communication systems, it is possible to determine the cause-and-effect relationships of transformation, the influence of social processes on communications and communications on social processes. In the conditions of a competitive environment in the service sector, communication processes ensure high competitiveness of enterprises, provided they are effectively implemented. Abstract:The article address the theoretical and methodological aspects of the application of interactive management technologies in the promotion of services by enterprises of the hotel and restaurant business. It is emphasized that Industry 4.0 focuses on the transformation of the value chain by means of "smart technologies", Industry 5.0 on triple impact - economic, environmental and social with ESG emphasis and balance (environment, social sphere and governance). The needs of hotel and restaurant business enterprises, which compete for consumers in the conditions of Industries 4.0 and 5.0, are highlighted, seeking to develop and provide unique services using all possible modern management technologies: interactive, digital, multimedia, event management, etc. The digitalization of the hotel and restaurant business is being updated, which is taking place thanks to the introduction of a complex of digital technologies and processes by enterprises, organizations, and institutions. The main ones are identified with the use of QR-coding, the provision of digital information to consumers through electronic devices, the implementation of remote communication with service customers through specialized websites, pages in social networks, specialized mobile applications, specialized chatbots, the use of special information programs for the management of the institution , electronic payment of services, etc. The experience of using smart digital technologies is analyzed. It was determined that the following digital technologies are relevant for hotel and restaurant businesses: social media, large databases, e-commerce, the Internet of Things (IOT), robotics, artificial intelligence, additive technologies (3D printing), blockchain, biometric technologies etc.

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to identify the transformations of working conditions and requirements for hotel staff based on an analysis of current trends in the development of the hotel business and changes in consumer preferences. The methodological basis of the study was the works of Russian scientists and practitioners in the field of hotel services and tourism, as well as on the topic of the peculiarities of the functioning of the domestic hotel business in modern conditions. The subject of the study is the economic relations that arise in the process of functioning of enterprises in the hotel industry, considering current trends and prospects for their development. The article identifies the following main and new challenges facing the hospitality industry as a result of the consequences of the pandemic and the current realities of the international situation: to ensure the widespread digitalization of technological processes and services offered; to pay attention to issues of respect for nature (greening activities); to introduce new types of accommodation means into the practice of domestic business, to take into account changes in consumer requirements and preferences. Based on the analysis of such customer preferences, a conclusion is made about their diversity and inconsistency. It was found that hotel companies are forced to change along with tourists, adapting to their requests and requirements. The development of tourism and hospitality in the digital economy also implies qualitative changes in the training and hiring of personnel. It was revealed that further digitalization, the use of modern software and the use of artificial intelligence in the hotel business will lead to a decrease in routine work in hotels, a reduction in employees and at the same time to the need to improve their qualification level. It is shown that it is advisable to make the choice of optimal software in order to increase the productivity of a hotel enterprise based on the involvement of specialists. Consulting analysts will help to choose from a variety of applications for the hotel business exactly those that will improve the efficiency of a particular customer hotel.

We can use SMM to inform a potential client about the emergence of a new idea, and to provide information about innovations, plans and forecasts. Social networks have become a tool of influence not only on human consciousness, but also on the technology of conducting business. The facts of physical isolation of contact between people due to the pandemic and military actions became not only a factor of oppression and destruction, but also a reason for changing the technology of communication in the social sphere and methodology in business activities. The traditional approach of marketing activities has changed to functioning in the online environment. The most effective trends in the social media marketing system of the company should be highlighted as micro-influencer marketing, artificial intelligence, agile marketing, voice search and live broadcasts and short video content. Equally important are quality service and the uniqueness and protection of data. By integrating these trends into the business, the company gets the opportunity to reach a new level of development. By applying modern marketing tools, thanks to the dissemination of quality information through the platforms of Instagram, Facebook and other social networks, we can multiply the number of visitors. Promotion of a trademark or brand of a restaurant or hotel in social networks is an effective, inexpensive tool that brings a quick level of payback. SMM trends help to find the target audience, spread information about the hotel and restaurant establishment and attract a real client, subject to compliance with the relevant quality service parameters. With the possession of technologies and tools in the field of SMM, the company can form its own business strategy for the year, using SMM tools it is possible to forecast trends, study and expand the target audience. The basis of modern business is its ability to be flexible to the changing needs of the consumer, which can be pursued most effectively through SMM.
