Abstract:This study, based on the new challenges and issues faced by ideological and political education in universities in the Internet age, explores the theoretical and practical pathways to effectively construct a communication system. In terms of content, data from 190,000 college students from 100 universities were collected as end-users. Using deep learning models, we analyzed the impact of the online environment on the penetration of ideological and political education, providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the network topology. We designed and developed an intelligent monitoring system for the development process, capable of real-time collection of heterogeneous data. We established a multidimensional evaluation indicator system using multi-source data sets to achieve a scientific and quantitative assessment of teaching quality and effectiveness. Considering the emergence of technological and human resource bottlenecks, we proposed countermeasures such as increased investment and the introduction of mobile teaching staff. The study shows that basing system construction on communication laws will significantly improve the quality of ideological and political work, validating the scientific nature and practical guidance of this construction approach. Subsequent efforts can focus on promoting practices in more universities, accumulating feedback and continuously optimizing and improving the system.
