Abstract:As an example of using the Arduino Uno microcontroller which is used as a door security system controller using a smartphone. Many types of security are offered and used, such as alarms that use sound as an indicator which is standard security from an alarm, this alarm sounds through a speaker (speaker) that is installed on a door that serves to provide information to homeowners and the surrounding environment that the alarm is active. In this study, using an Android smartphone as a tool to operate the door and activate the alarm automatically at the door. For the research that the authors make this will be different from the previous research. Where the tool designed using micro controller (Arduino Uno) is used to turn on the buzzer as a door alarm automatically and can open and close the door, which will be done on an Android smartphone using bluetooth media. Bluetooth is wireless communication that is used as a communication link between an Android smartphone and Arduino Uno.
