Abstract:Актуальность заключается в необходимости решении проблем взаимодействия в современном образовательном пространстве на основе развития у взаимодействующих субъектов требуемых для этого качеств. Как показал анализ источников и практики образовательных учреждений, особую озабоченность вызывают существующие потребности в формировании психологической компетентности. Исследование имеет целью обосновать подходы к развитию психологической компетентности у различных категорий субъектов образовательного пространства. Методология (материалы и методы): результаты исследования основаны на анализе научных источников, эмпирических данных, демонстрирующих существование потребности в развитии различных качеств личности и состояние взаимоотношений в образовательном пространстве лиц, участвующих в развитии обучающихся. Результаты. Проведен анализ образовательной среды в системе школа-профессиональное образовательной учреждение в контексте повышения эффективности образовательной деятельности. Выявлены проблемы, обусловленные с неполной реализацией потенциала субъектов образовательного пространства, а также вызванные противоречием между их потребностью в повышении уровня психологической культуры и отсутствием возможностей удовлетворения этой потребности. Авторы, показав необходимость формирования психологической компетентности у различных категорий участников образовательного пространства, предложили систему принципов эффективного решения этой задачи с учетом степени их участия в образовательном процессе. В основу обоснования принципов положено предположение о том, что эффективность учебного процесса может повыситься, если он будет опираться на знания психологии. Значимость результатов исследования определяется применимостью основных результатов в образовательной практике: критерии анализа состояния образовательного пространства и индивидуальных показателей сформированности психологической компетентности; система принципов организации работы по повышению уровня компетентности субъектов образовательного пространства; уточненный понятийный аппарат; походы к поэтапному формированию психологической компетентности субъектов образовательного пространства с учетом их индивидуальных показателей. The relevance lies in the need to solve the problems of interaction in the modern educational space of various subjects based on the development of the required qualities in them. An analysis of the sources and practice of educational institutions showed that the need for the formation of psychological competence is of particular concern. The study aims to substantiate approaches to the development of psychological competence in various categories of actors involved in the educational space. Methodology (materials and methods): the results of the study are based on an analysis of scientific sources, empirical data demonstrating the existence of a need for the development of appropriate qualities in educational actors and the current relationships between them. Results: the analysis of the educational environment in the system “school and professional educational institution” in the context of improving the efficiency of educational activities was carried out. The authors identified the problems associated with the incomplete realization of the educational actors’ potential and those caused by the contradiction between their need to increase the level of psychological culture and the lack of possibilities of satisfying this need. Having demonstrated the need for the formation of psychological competence of various categories of educational actors, the authors developed a system of principles of effective teaching taking into account the degree of their participation in the educational process. The basis for substantiating the principles is the assumption that there might be an increase in the effectiveness of the teaching process if it is based on the knowledge of psychology. The significance of the research results is determined by the applicability of the main results in educational practice: such as criteria for analyzing the state of the educational space and individual indicators of the formation of psychological competence; a system of principles for organizing work to improve the level of competence of the subjects of the educational space; refined conceptual apparatus; approaches to the gradual formation of the psychological competence of the subjects of the educational space, taking into account their individual indicators.
