Abstract:Crystallization is a crucial process in several important research fields, including semiconductor devices and phase-change memory crystals. It is crucial to use a quantitative method to determine the origin of energy bands and the charge distributions within crystalline lattices. In order to extract a perfect solid with an effective dielectric tensor as a function of electronic states, it is, therefore, necessary to understand the organic insights of covalent bonding charges and their charge transfers in relation to band theory. By presenting the solid-state estimations of the title chemical, the plasma energy (eV), Fermi energy (eV), and Penn gap (eV) are found to be 17.2817, 13.1592, and 8.4831, respectively. Using the Coats–Redfern relation, thermal kinetic evaluations are performed based on the results of differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis and Activation energy ( E a ) in kJ mol −1 and Arrhenius constant (A) in S −1 were found to be 268.88 and 0.85, respectively. Our conclusion that the thermal stability of guanidinium chromate corresponds to an analytical nucleation reaction expressed theoretically using quantum state parameters is supported by the experimental data. The values of activation energy fall between 250 and 270 kJ mol −1 . In molecular dynamics, fracture mechanics parameters like fracture toughness, elastic stiffness factor, yield strength, and index of brittleness are investigated by evaluating mechanically cracked crystals using dislocations and a conventional empirical approach.
