Abstract:цель данного исследования – усовершенствовать и оптимизировать содержания структуры цифровой грамотности учителей в Китае. Задача исследования – провести сравнительный анализ содержания структур цифровой грамотности учителей в разных странах или международных организациях в глобальной перспективе, чтобы выявить и раскрыть основные элементы и тенденции развития цифровой грамотности учителей, а также переосмыслить содержание действующего структуры в Китае и дать рекомендации по их улучшению. Используя метод анализа литературы и сравнительный метод, сопоставлены и проанализированы собранные структуры цифровой грамотности учителей из разных стран или международных организаций. Исследование показало, что они имеют общие характеристики: проясняют иерархическую систему овладения знаниями; укрепляют осознание цифрового сообщества и сотрудничества; подчеркивают важность цифровой безопасности. В то же время акцент на цифровом лидерстве и цифровом благополучии также является новой актуальной темой в текущих исследованиях. На основе этого в исследовании выдвигаются предложения по оптимизации «цифровой грамотности учителей» в Китае: уточнить лестницу знаний; добавить аспект вторичного уровня «цифровое лидерство» к аспекту первичного уровня «профессиональное развитие»; добавить «цифровое благополучие» к аспекту первичного уровня. Практическая значимость данного исследования заключается в том, что оптимизированная китайская структура цифровой грамотности учителей будет в большей степени соответствовать веяниям времени, что не только будет способствовать профессиональному росту отдельных учителей, но и окажет важное влияние на повышение качества образования, воспитание граждан, адаптированных к цифровой эпохе, и содействие процессу цифровизации общества в целом. the purpose of this study is to improve and optimize China's “Teacher Digital Literacy” framework. The research task is to conduct a comparative analysis of teachers’ digital literacy content frameworks from different countries or international organizations through a global perspective, in order to identify and refine the core elements and development trends of teachers’ digital literacy, as well as to reflect on China’s existing framework and make suggestions for improvement. Using literature analysis and comparative research methods, the collected digital literacy frameworks of teachers from different countries or international organizations are compared and analyzed, and it is found that they share common characteristics such as: clarifying the hierarchy of knowledge mastery; reinforcing the awareness of digital community and collaboration; and emphasizing the importance of digital security. Meanwhile, the focus on digital leadership and digital well-being is also a new hot topic in current research. Based on this, this study puts forward optimization suggestions for China's “Teacher Digital Literacy” framework: clarify the knowledge ladder; add the second level dimension “digital leadership” to the first level dimension “professional development”; add “digital well-being” to the first level dimension. The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that the optimized digital literacy framework for teachers in China will be more in line with the trend of the times, which will not only contribute to the professional growth of individual teachers, but also have a significant impact on the improvement of the quality of education, the cultivation of citizens adapted to the digital era, and the promotion of the digitalization process of society as a whole.
