Abstract:Bangladesh is known for its ready-made clothing, which contribute significantly to the country's economic growth. Dhaka, Gazipur, and Narayanganj are home to the majority of Bangladesh's apparel manufacturing plants. The apparel sector, on the other hand, has been publicly shamed as one of the world's biggest polluters. Environmental challenges are now deeply ingrained in our way of life. The primary goal of this study is to identify and recommend ways for reducing the environmental and social impacts of garment waste in the municipalities of Narayanganj and Gazipur. This strategy may be used by anyone who works in the apparel industry. This cannot only be used in Bangladesh, but also in many other countries that have established the garment industry. The hardware component is to keep an eye on your place of business to see if it's up and running. Sites that aren't related to the garment industry, such as industries, apparel, stores, locations where people work in general, and so on may also be used. Workplace violence against employees must be reported in the clothes industry; else, it would have a negative impact on employees' mental and physical health. The application we're presenting has the ability to bring the matter to the attention of the appropriate authorities. Our initiatives' primary goal is to make our wearers' life easier, to detect and resolve their problems as quickly as possible. It was designed to help both garment staff and owners.
