Abstract:Постиндустриальная информационная реальность обусловила центральную роль коммуникации в жизни социума. Коммуникативная личность как развитие языковой личности выступает и как объект, и как субъект информационно-коммуникативной парадигмы. В этих условиях языковая компетенция личности (фонетика, лексика, морфология, синтаксис и жанрово-стилистический аспект) дополняется знанием культурных кодов, морально-целостных норм и невербального инструментария, генерируя становление коммуникативной личности. Полиаспектность этого феномена актуализируется в аксиологическом, гносеологическом и поведенческих ракурсах, по-разному функционирующих в социокультурных полях коммуникаций. Трансакционная модель коммуникативной личности представляет собой комбинацию двух подсистем, где внутренняя часть отражается через связи языка, а внешняя - представляет поведенческий аспект. Процесс социокультурной коммуникации, согласно этой модели, происходит при реализации: целей и мотивов коммуникантов, их способностей установить и поддерживать коммуникацию, их знаний и опыта, а также наличия у коммуникативных личностей умений и навыков поддержания и развития интеракции. Глобализация, цифровизация, Интернет и другие технологии актуализировали процесс межкультурной интеракции личностей в мировом масштабе. Коммуникативная личность в этих условиях для своего успешного функционирования должна, помимо языковой и коммуникативной компетенций, овладеть межкультурной компетенцией - знанием чужих культур, их специфики и языков. Межкультурная коммуникация происходит в рамках оппозиции «свой» - «чужой» согласно противостоянию «Я» и «Другие» в контексте диалогических отношений. Успех межкультурной интеракции способствует развитию коммуникантов (коммуникативных личностей), обеспечивает доступ к социальным лифтам и улучшению качества жизни. The post-industrial information reality has emphasized the central role of communication in the life of a society. The communicative individual, as the development of the linguistic individual, functions both as an object and as a subject of the information-communicative paradigm. Under these conditions, the linguistic competence of the individual (phonetics, vocabulary, morphology, syntax and genre-stylistic aspect) is supplemented by the knowledge of cultural codes, moral and holistic norms and non-verbal tools, generating the formation of a communicative personality. The multidimensionality of this phenomenon is actualized in the axiological, epistemological and behavioral perspectives, which function in different ways in the sociocultural fields of communications. The transactional model of the commutative personality is a combination of two subsystems, where the internal part is reflected through language connections, and the external one represents the behavioral aspect. The process of sociocultural communication, according to this model, occurs when the goals and motives of the communicants, their ability to establish and maintain communication, their knowledge and experience, as well as the availability of communicative personalities, skills and abilities to maintain and develop interaction, are realized. Globalization, digitalization, the Internet and other technologies have brought intercultural interaction of individuals to a global scale. In order to function successfully in these conditions, the communicative personality must acquire not only linguistic and communicative competencies but also intercultural competence - knowledge of foreign cultures, their specificities, and languages. Intercultural communication takes place within the framework of the "own" - "foreign" opposition, in accordance with the confrontation between the "self" and the "Others" in the context of dialogic relationships. The success of intercultural interaction contributes to the development of communicants (communicative personalities), provides access to social elevators and improves the quality of life.
