Abstract:China has met three-dimensional rural issues in rural economic construction during the process of establishing a socialist market economic system, which has become a serious bottleneck. There are many ways to solve three-dimensional rural issues, but the authors of this paper believe that design modern agricultural strategy is key to solving these problems. This paper sets up a two-dimensional model for agricultural logistic chains and makes a thorough analysis on the agricultural logistic situation as well as its causes both home and abroad by comparison. Agricultural producing chains are made up of preparation before producing, management during producing, processing after producing, commercial distribution and final consumption, on which basis we can analyze every link one by one guided by the thought that establishing logistic strategy to form an agricultural logistic strategy suitable for China's current situation. This strategy will promote agricultural economy construction and accelerate the resolve of three-dimensional rural issues.
