Abstract:Li et al. provide a protocol for long-read ChIA-PET, a technique for mapping chromatin interactions. The longer paired-end tags, which are generated by tagmentation, provide sufficient coverage to determine haplotype-specific chromatin interactions at single-nucleotide resolution.
