Abstract:Based on the principle of differential indexing,the authors put forward an indexing method which indexing angle can reach as fine as 2″,and optimized the structure of the precise indexing table.Besides,the process of translocation lapping of end-tooth plate is reported,and the indexing accuracy is analyzed.Moreover,in order to calculate and detect the rotated tooth number of the end-tooth plate easily,and make the indexing table capable to be used conveniently,a circuit of single-chip microcomputer system combined with photoelectric breaker is designed,and its program has also been written out.
