Abstract:The Front Cover represents the process of changes in the secondary structure of bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a result of interaction with a gold surface. Strong protein‐surface interactions induce changes that have a direct impact on the biological function of proteins. The BSA molecule, upon adsorption, is characterized by an increase in the content of disordered structures and β‐strands while decreasing the content of α‐helices compared to the initial structure.
