Abstract:Learning strategies in Business English Reading embrace not only reading technique but recognition of essence and process of Business English Reading. Business English Reading should aim at English language acquisition in business context. Through a study of BEC reading test, this thesis tries to explore the linguistic characteristics of Business English and the four components of Business English reading skills.
