Abstract:Fuzzy difference equations are becoming increasingly popular in fields like engineering, ecology, and social science. Difference equations find numerous applications in real-life problems. Our study demonstrates that the logarithmic-type fuzzy difference equation of order two possesses a nonnegative solution, and an equilibrium point, and exhibits asymptotic behavior. Where, x i represents the sequence of fuzzy numbers, and the parameters α , β , A , along with the initial conditions x −1 and x 0 , are positive fuzzy numbers. The characterization theorem is employed to convert each single logarithmic fuzzy difference equation into a set of two crisp logarithmic difference equations within a fuzzy environment. We evaluated the stability of the equilibrium point of the fuzzy system. Utilizing variational iteration techniques, the method of g-division, inequality skills, and a theory of comparison for logarithmic fuzzy difference equations, we investigated the governing equation dynamics, including its boundedness, existence, and both local and global stability analysis. Additionally, we provided some numerical solutions for the equation describing the system to verify our results.

Abstract:This paper is concerned with dynamical behaviors of a second-order exponential-type fuzzy difference equation<math>xn+1=A+Be−xnC+xn−1,n=0,1,⋯,</math> where <math>A,B,C</math> and the initial values <math>x−1,x0</math> are positive fuzzy numbers. Applying generalization of division (g-division) of fuzzy numbers, we study the existence of positive fuzzy solution and the global asymptotic behavior of the model. Moreover, two simulation examples are given to show the validity of the theoretical results.

Solutions are found under the approach of generalized differentiability. Examples are solved. Figures of the solutions are drawn using the Mathematica program. Finally, conclusions are given.

Analytical solutions are obtained for particular equations, a formidable task owing to the absence of explicit mathematical techniques for their resolution. The qualitative characteristics of solutions, such as their stability, boundedness, and periodicity, are analysed by theoretical methods and numerical simulations. The results indicate that equilibrium points frequently lack local asymptotic stability, leading to intricate phenomena such as unbounded solutions and periodic attractors. These findings augment our understanding of nonlinear difference equations, offering significant implications for their use across various scientific fields.

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to extend and determine the analytical solution of a two-dimensional homogeneous system of fuzzy linear fractional differential equations with the Caputo derivative of two independent fractional orders. We extract two possible solutions to the coupled system under the definition of strongly generalized $ H $-differentiability, uncertain initial conditions and fuzzy constraint coefficients. These potential solutions are determined using the fuzzy Laplace transform. Furthermore, we extend the concept of fuzzy fractional calculus in terms of the Mittag-Leffler function involving triple series. In addition, several important concepts, facts, and relationships are derived and proved as property of boundedness. Finally, to grasp the considered approach, we solve a mathematical model of the diffusion process using proposed techniques to visualize and support theoretical results.

Abstract:This study is involved with a class of three-dimensional system of difference equations incorporating quadratic term, which naturally extends and improve several results in the literature. Firstly, we demonstrate the existence of fixed points, the boundedness, persistence and invariance of positive solution of the mentioned system. Later, for this system, we give the global asymptotic stability at fixed point and the rate of convergence result which play an important role in the discrete dynamical systems. And lastly, some numerical examples are given to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the theoretical findings.

Abstract:In this work, we discuss solutions to the abstract Cauchy problem of fuzzy conformal fractional. In addition, the method of fuzzy fractional semigroups is used to obtain analytical solutions to the fractional differential equation. We use the concept of Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem to determine the existence and uniqueness of the solution. An application is also given to illustrate our main abstract results.

Abstract:We are going to explain the fuzzy Adams–Bashforth methods for solving fuzzy differential equations focusing on the concept of g -differentiability. Considering the analysis of normal, convex, upper semicontinuous, compactly supported fuzzy sets in and also convergence of the methods, the general expression of solutions is obtained. Finally, we demonstrate the importance of our method with some illustrative examples. These examples are provided aiming to solve the fuzzy differential equations.

Abstract:This paper aims to derive analytical expressions for solutions of fractional bidimensional systems of difference equations with higher-order terms under specific parametric conditions. Additionally, formulations of solutions for one-dimensional equations derived from these systems are explored. Furthermore, rigorous proof is provided for the local stability of the unique positive equilibrium point of the proposed systems. The theoretical findings are validated through numerical examples using MATLAB, facilitating graphical illustrations of the results.

Abstract:We consider fuzzy valued functions from two parametric representations of $\alpha$-level sets. New concepts are introduced and compared with available notions. Following the two proposed approaches, we study fuzzy differential equations. Their relation with Zadeh's extension principle and the generalized Hukuhara derivative is discussed. Moreover, we prove existence and uniqueness theorems for fuzzy differential equations. Illustrative examples are given.

Abstract:This work focuses on solving and analyzing two-point fuzzy boundary value problems in the form of fractional ordinary differential equations (FFOBVPs) using a new version of the approximation analytical approach. FFOBVPs are useful in describing complex scientific phenomena that include heritable characteristics and uncertainty, and obtaining exact or close analytical solutions for these equations can be challenging, especially in the case of nonlinear problems. To address these difficulties, the optimal homotopy asymptotic method (OHAM) was studied and extended in a new form to solve FFOBVPs. The OHAM is known for its ability to solve both linear and nonlinear fractional models and provides a straightforward methodology that uses multiple convergence control parameters to optimally manage the convergence of approximate series solutions. The new form of the OHAM presented in this work incorporates the concepts of fuzzy sets theory and some fractional calculus principles to include fuzzy analysis in the method. The steps of fuzzification and defuzzification are used to transform the fuzzy problem into a crisp problem that can be solved using the OHAM. The method is demonstrated by solving and analyzing linear and nonlinear FFOBVPs at different values of fractional derivatives. The results obtained using the new form of the fuzzy OHAM are analyzed and compared to those found in the literature to demonstrate the method's efficiency and high accuracy in the fuzzy domain. Overall, this work presents a feasible and efficient approach for solving FFOBVPs using a new form of the OHAM with fuzzy analysis.

Abstract:This article describes the fuzzy conformable fractional derivative which is based on generalized Hukuhara differentiability. On these topics, we prove a number of properties concerning this type of differentiability. In addition, fuzzy conformable Laplace transforms are used to obtain analytical solutions to the fractional differential equation. Through the use of several practical examples, such as the fuzzy conformable fractional growth equation, the fuzzy conformable fractional one-compartment model, and the fuzzy conformable fractional Newton's law of cooling, we demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the approaches.

Abstract:Rational difference equations have a wide range of applications in various fields of science. To illustrate, the equation xn+1=a+bxnc+dxn,n=0,1,..., known as the Riccati difference equation, has been applied in the field of optics. In this study, the global asymptotic stability of the difference equation xn+1=Axn−2k+j+1B+Cxn−(k+j)xn−2k+j+1,n=0,1,..., is proved. The solutions of this difference equation are obtained by applying the standard iteration method, and the periodicity of these solutions is determined. Furthermore, this difference equation represents a generalisation of the results obtained in previous studies.
