Abstract:The invention relates to a valve cover fixture of a flat gate valve. The valve cover fixture comprises a baseplate, wherein the baseplate is circular, and is provided with four columns 1; the columns 1 are respectively arranged in four positions of the edge of the baseplate, and define a rectangle; ejection bolts 1 penetrate in the upper parts of the columns 1 in the radial direction of the baseplate; the inner sides of the upper parts of the columns 1 are fixedly connected with ejection blocks; leveling bolts penetrate in the ejection blocks in the vertical direction; the upper end surfaces of the ejection blocks are positioned below the ejection bolts 1; and connecting plates are arranged between the adjacent two columns 1, and are positioned below the upper end surfaces of the ejection blocks. The side edge of a lower flange of a valve cover of the flat gate valve is ejected by the ejection bolts 1 and ejection bolts 2, so that the heavy valve cover of the flat gate valve can be adjusted in a two-dimensional plane to guarantee the fitting between the valve cover of the flat gate valve and a drill bit; and the levelness of the valve cover of the flat gate valve is adjusted by the vertical leveling bolts, so that the adjustment is flexible, and the comprehensive and flexible adjustment of the valve cover of the flat gate valve can be realized.
