Abstract:Histone lysine lactylation (Kla) regulates inflammatory gene expression in activated macrophages and mediates the polarization of inflammatory (M1) to reparative (M2) macrophages. However, the molecular mechanisms and key protein players involved in Kla-mediated transcriptional changes are unknown.
