Abstract:One of the areas that affect the state of health is an active-sporting lifestyle, which is of particular importance for people of young age. To promote the health of students, the article proposes the development of methods for managing complex coordination movements in space using physical education methods at physical education and sports classes. As a result, this scientific article has developed a system of special exercises for physical and psychological training of students. It is proposed to include in the pedagogical process special control actions for the development of physical and psychological stability, active exercises and other means. This set of exercises provides a significantly large increase in indicators of physical fitness of students, which was proven experimentally. As one of the methods of improving the health of students, sports tourism is considered in detail, highlighting its advantages in comparison with other sports. It is concluded that the introduction of a developed system of physical exercises and sports tourism in higher education institutions contributes to improving health, improving efficiency and physical fitness of students.

Abstract:The article focuses on the issue of physical activity of children and young people with special attention to students in foreign schools for which this problem has become urgent in recent decades. The authors consider the projects devoted to the development of new courses and their introduction into school educational programs as well as into teacher training abroad. These projects promote physical education and sports activity widely recognized as priority guidelines for future generation development. The paper includes the analysis of positive experience on the organization of physical culture lessons and extra-curricular sports activities in some European and Asian countries. The authors also discuss the work of international institutions on promoting schoolchildren’s physical activity in the context of international programs and projects. The research vector of the present study is directed towards the familiarization of Russian professionals with foreign investigations and practice in the fi eld of physical education and sport to enable possible comparison of their own experience with the experience existing in other countries according to chosen discourse. The article is based on authentic scientifi c materials from foreign sources, contains up-to-date statistics and presents research techniques which might broaden scientifi c and practical horizons of researchers and teachers in Russia.

Abstract:The popularity of sports tourism among other types of leisure is growing every year as a result of promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, finding ways to motivate, self-development and challenge yourself to overcome internal fears and physical obstacles. Today there are no generally accepted common interpretations of the concepts of sports and sports and health tourism, which is the relevance of our study. There were active discussions among scientists around the world on the formation of the concept of sports tourism. Currently, sports tourism is considered in three aspects. Active sports tourism is a trip for the purpose of direct participation of tourists in sports competitions, and the tourist component plays a secondary role as an additional service. Event (passive) sports tourism is the passive participation of tourists in sports competitions as fans or observers. Cognitive sports tourism, the purpose of which is to visit excursions to sports museums, stadiums, thematic accommodation and catering establishments. Ukrainian and Russian scientists, in particular I. Zorin, V. Kvartalnov, O. Kolotukha, A. Konokh, propagate the idea that sports tourism is a separate sport, which is based on competitions on tourist routes laid in the natural environment and includes overcoming various natural obstacles with the use of special techniques and equipment. However, in the process of internationalization and globalization of tourism education it is very important to find a common ground on the educational component of training specialists in sports tourism and to form an optimal definition in three dimensions: sport, tourism and academic discipline. During our research it was found out that the training of specialists should be carried out in one of three areas: training of specialists (instructors) in sports tourism; training of sports and tourism guides; training of organizers of sports events in the context of event tourism. Currently, the direction of training specialists in the organization of sports events in the format of event tourism remains insufficiently studied in our country. Sports tourism is an integral part of global tourism and now there are two different interpretations of this concept, which are actively discussed in the scientific world: 1) sports tourism as a tourist trip to the destination to participate in sports competitions in any sport; 2) sports tourism as a separate kind of sport. In the perspective of research, the following unresolved issues still remain: the introduction of integration educational processes between the sports event industry and the ability to form tourism products in the relevant field.

Abstract:This article talks about the problems of adaptation of foreign students in Russian universities. The benefits of physical culture in this process are substantiated. The necessity of participation in national sports events is considered as a method of adaptation of foreign students. The aim of the work is to study how sports activities affect the adaptation of international students. Based on the set goal, the following tasks were identified: to determine what problems of adaptation foreign students face; to find out how national sports events affect the process of adaptation of students; to identify the place of physical culture in the adaptation process of students. The research methodology used in the article is the analysis of information on the Internet, on the relevant topic, observation, comparison, questionnaire survey of KGEU students, the respondents of which were 40 foreign students of the university. As a result of the study, it was found that most of the students actually experienced difficulties with adaptation, namely 65%. 25% of the students had no difficulties. The conclusion of the study is that mass sports events contribute to the development of social skills, self-confidence, cultural integration and can become an important element.

Abstract:At the present stage of development of society scientific interest of researchers to the problem of physical culture and physical education of young people has increased significantly. Physical culture and sport in recent years have been mentioned not only as an Autonomous social fact, but more as a significant and stable structure of personality. At the same time, it should be noted that only about 40% of the population of Russia are engaged in sports, while in Europe this figure is 60 %. The increase in the number of people interested in sport as a way of life and form of leisure has increased over the last 10 years from 17% to 40%. This article discusses the issues of physical education in educational institutions of higher education. The authors propose to actualize the problem of formation of the value of physical culture in the youth environment as a basis for the formation of a full-fledged professional personality. The modern concept of physical education in high school as a holistic pedagogical phenomenon has a certain structure and requires physical education classes throughout the period of training. The article presents the idea of modernization of higher education through physical education through the introduction of innovative technologies with a professional orientation.

Abstract:Modern globalization processes determine the vital necessity of policy implementation in the field of training of highly qualified personnel of higher education. Studying the experience of training specialists requires a critical analysis of the achievements of existing educational systems. Their adaptation to national needs will make it possible to implement positive trends in the higher education sector of Ukraine. The paradigm of education in the field of fitness and recreation has changed significantly in recent decades, which is explained by the orientation towards a fundamentally new understanding of the essence of recreation and its role in the educational system. At the same time, there is a public need in Ukraine for specialists in physical education and sports who are able to perform recreational and recreational activities, which is extremely important for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, disease prevention and increasing the level of physical activity of various segments of the population, therefore there is a need to define key aspects and trends in the training of specialists in recreational and recreational activities in higher education, where the personality of a specialist in recreational and recreational activities is one of the most important factors in attracting the population to rational motor activity. The study is dedicated to the development of ways to improve the recreational training of future physical culture specialists, a training mechanism for health aerobics, athletic gymnastics, children’s fitness, “fitness class”, etc. has been created. The content of classes has been developed, taking into account the profile of training (sports training, physical education, etc.), models of fitness programs for future use in preschool, school, secondary special and higher educational institutions, sports sections. The effectiveness of fitness in increasing physical fitness, being able to make an individual program of classes and nutrition, solving situational tasks, conducting fitness classes, knowledge of types of recreational activities for the future professional activity of physical culture specialists is shown.

Abstract:The article analyzes the influence of physical culture and sports on the health of the population. The author explores the behavioral factors of health and illness, using experience and examples from previous Russian and international research. The work highlights the main components of a healthy lifestyle and obstacles that prevent it from practicing, such as lack of material and time resources, lack of will, bad habits, high pace of life and work, etc. Based on the latest statistics and analysis, it is shown that there are few people leading a healthy lifestyle in Russia (from 12 to 25% according to various estimates), but there are real barriers to improving the situation. Furthermore, there is a lack of motivation among the population itself. The article focuses on the importance of adequate physical activity to preserve health. Author presents data on the share of those practicing physical education and sports in Russia and in the world, as well as the results of scientific research confirming the fact that the interest of Russians with sports activities has increased, they began to devote more time to physical development. However, it will take time to achieve the indicators typical for the countries of Northern Europe and the USA. The problem of high-performance sports, associated huge costs, its use as an effective instrument of “soft power” in world politics, dehumanization and commercialization of big-time sports and, of course, the issue of its impact on health are touched upon. It also analyzes the importance of professional sports for the development of mass sports and increasing the motivation of the population to engage in physical culture. The situation in the development of physical culture and mass sports in Russia and the involvement of the population of our country in these practices are assessed. Author analyzes interlinks between physical activity on one side and influence of socio-demographic characteristics of the population, such as gender, age, level of education and income, region of residence on the other side. The empirical basis of the work consists of data of the WHO, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM) and the All- Russi an Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM), as well as the study undertaken in 2018–2019 by the Department of Sociology of Family and Demography, Faculty of Moscow of Sociology, Lomonosov Moscow State University (2489 respondents) “Interregional studies of life values and nontransitivity of family and child orientations among women, men and married couples on the basis of crosscutting analysis of comparable data” (SEDOZH).

Abstract:The analysis of main approaches to determining essence of health-improving tourism in works of national scientists and researchers is presented. The conclusions are made that the most widespread classification of health-improving tourism is its division into medical and health-improving tourism. The medical tourism includes such its types as medical and sanatorium-health resort, and health-improving tourism covers balneologic, SPA-tourism, Wellness-tourism. The difference between medical and health-improving tourism is determined in order to regulate received services. The author's structure of medical and health-improving services, types of tourism and specialized organizations is developed. The analysis of supply and demand for health-improving tourism in 2014-2020 is presented. The main trends of development of health-improving segment in context of such its directions as increasing of SPA and Wellness industry, development of medical tourism, increasing of return on health tourism are formulated. The factors constraining development and reducing competitiveness of health-improving tourism in Russia are identified and structured.

Abstract:The article explores the concept of sports and recreational tourism. It defines the basic characteristics and goals of sports and recreational tourism, analyzes its varieties and functions. Various approaches to defining this concept are examined, and typical features and peculiarities are identified. The classification of sports and recreational tourism contributes to a more in-depth study of its modifications, determining key development trends and characteristics, and facilitates the systematization of knowledge for a deeper understanding of the essence of sports and recreational tourism. Health and sports activities are one of the most accessible and widespread forms of recreation. Its role will continue to grow, considering the objectively determined decrease in physical mobility and activity among people due to the nature of the development of modern society. Sports tourism is a component of modern tourism, the most active and dynamic part of tourist activity based on communal principles. Sports tourism is also a type of sport that includes various active tourist activities, sports hikes of all difficulty levels, championships, and competitions in all types of sports tourism (hiking, skiing, mountain, water, cycling, motorcycle, car, spelunking, and sailing), complex events, and expeditions. This type of tourism not only offers the opportunity to travel but also involves engaging in sports, preserving and improving health while deriving pleasure from active recreation. One of the key characteristics of sports and recreational tourism is the variety of activities that can be involved in this type of travel. This may include cycling tourism, hiking, water sports, mountaineering, skiing resorts, kayaking or canoeing, snowboarding, and many other activities. This variety provides the opportunity to choose sports activities according to physical abilities and personal preferences. The second key component of sports and recreational tourism is its promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The activities offered by this type of tourism contribute to physical fitness improvement, health preservation, and overall well-being. It allows people not only to relax but also to maintain and improve their health, deriving satisfaction from activity and new travel experiences. Moreover, sports and recreational tourism contribute to understanding among people and create a favourable atmosphere for interaction and joint activities. Travellers who choose this type of journey often travel in groups, where they interact, support each other, and collectively achieve sports goals. This also contributes to the formation of new friendships and team relationships. With the development of infrastructure, sports and recreational tourism become more accessible and popular for the public. This type of travel offers the opportunity to combine the pleasure of relaxation and activity, preserving and improving health, and provides unforgettable travel experiences. Abstract:In the modern information society, information and communication technologies are rapidly developing and are used in various spheres of human activity. Well-known experts believe that scientific, industrial, business and educational technologies, as well as arts and sports technologies, are based on information systems. Therefore, issues related to the use of modern information and communication technologies in physical culture and sports and further research of this problem are very relevant. The purpose of the study is to systematize the main directions of using modern information technologies in the field of physical culture and sports. It was established that the concept of «information system» can have a broad and narrow interpretation. In a broad sense, it covers the technical, software and organizational support and personnel created to provide users with the information they need. In a narrow sense, an information system is a collection of information contained in databases and providing its processing by information technologies and technical means. The analysis of literary sources showed that the use of information technologies is of great importance for improving the training process and achieving better results in sports. Scientists from different countries are actively developing programs and technologies for collecting and analyzing training data, using various tools for recording and analyzing biomechanical parameters and data visualization. Systems for testing the physical condition and working capacity of athletes are also being developed. The use of such technologies can contribute to the development of domestic information technology systems for sports and recreation. It has been established that in the field of physical culture and sports it is possible to use information systems in the following areas: managerial, organizational and research activities; maintenance of sports competitions; sports training and training of athletes; informational and methodological support and management of the educational process in educational institutions and sports organizations; health physical culture; monitoring of physical condition, health and environment; psychodiagnostics in sports.

Abstract:In the conditions of military aggression and hostilities taking place in Ukraine, the problems of sports and health activities, unfortunately, are relegated to secondary positions. A large part of the sports infrastructure is destroyed by the enemy, training and competitions were stopped for the most part, threatening the loss of the country's sports potential. The industry has experienced a significant reduction in funding, and some promising athletes have moved out abroad. Studies have shown that currently there are no systematic scientific and practical developments regarding the formation and development of the sports and health sector in the conditions of hostilities and the postwar period, which limits our possibilities in the terms of prediction and forecasting for the future, nonetheless actualizing further research in this direction. The industry has experienced a significant reduction in funding, and some promising athletes have gone abroad. Studies have shown that currently, there are no systematic scientific and practical developments regarding the formation and development of the sports and health sector in the conditions of hostilities and the post-war period, which limits our possibilities in the framework of prediction and forecasting for the future and actualizes further research in this direction. The article aims to study the foreign experience of managing the development of sports and health activities and the possibility of its use in Ukraine. The experience of leading countries in managing sports and health activities has been studied and systematized. The possibilities of implementing particular mechanisms and tools into the national model at its current reorganization stage have been determined. It is noted that currently the basic condition for the development of the system is the search for the most optimal balance of powers between the State, regions, and the private sector regarding the management of this sphere, which includes the advantages of the American model on the one hand (primarily in terms of creating favorable conditions for attracting private capital) and the European model on the other hand, which involves moderate handing over on the part of the State by establishing priorities, coordination of economic entities and targeted funding of priority areas. It is noted that the defining features that are characteristic of the management system of sports and health activities in all countries that have achieved high results in this sphere are, first of all: a developed regulatory and legislative framework and institutions, the clear State-controlled priorities for the development of sports, diversified sources of funding and instruments for stimulation of entrepreneurship, as well as close attention to personnel training and development of science and technology in the industry.

Abstract:The problem of the interest of the country’s athletes in domestic tourism is being studied. Based on the materials of expert surveys, a study of the tourist attractiveness of the Perm region was conducted. The factors identified in the process of studying this information indicate the relevance of the development of tourist infrastructure in Russian regions, including the sphere of physical culture and sports. Perm Krai has natural and cultural prerequisites for the successful development of tourist and hotel infrastructure that meets the needs of the sphere of physical culture and sports. The actualization of the region’s potential is appropriate for the popularization of domestic tourism and the formation of the image of Russia as a sports and tourist country.

Abstract:Annotation The purpose of the study was to find out the peculiarities of organizational and managerial forms of ensuring the development of wellness sports, including health gymnastics in foreign countries. Material and methods. The methods of analysis and generalization of scientific literature and synthesis were applied for the purpose realization. Therefore, the theoretical analysis of scientific researches of scientists who investigated organizational-managerial forms of ensuring the development of recreational sports, in particular recreational gymnastics in foreign countries, was carried out. Results. The article shows that the problem of improving the sectoral level of government traditionally occupies one of the central places in the shaping of state policy of the countries of the world, many of which achieve significant success precisely through the skillful use of sectoral mechanisms of public policy modernization. Today, among the mechanisms and means of physical education, health gymnastics plays a key role, being the basic mechanism and means of personal education. Due to the use of gymnastics, various aspects of physical development are supported. Gymnastics creates conditions for increased activity, health enhancement, enhancement of immunity and resistance, posture correction and more. It is also the basic mechanism for developing complex motor skills and developing motor skills. It is revealed that today among the mechanisms and means of physical education health gymnastics plays a key role, being the basic mechanism and the means of personal education. Due to the use of gymnastics, various aspects of physical development are supported. Gymnastics creates conditions for increased activity, health enhancement, enhancement of immunity and resistance, posture correction and more. The features of organizational and managerial forms of physical education development of the most developed European countries, USA, China and Japan are characterized. Conclusions. As a result of researches it is found out that at the present stage the essence of sport, and especially its recreational types, is included in the system of physical education of most foreign countries. The primary interest is health sports, which are given special attention in the US, Europe and other Asian countries. According to international experience, sport is of great value and it deserves that scientists explore the future of wellness and its positioning within the overall role of health and leisure services. Abstract:At present, there is a fairly developed classification of tourism types and forms with numerous options for implementation. However, in almost all of them there is such a variety as health tourism, which indicates the sustainability of its development and popularity among consumers. Based on the integrated use of the entire available spectrum of recreational potential of the localities, this type of tourism is represented by the widest range of recreational activities, allowing to attract a fairly wide range of consumers. Ukraine has a powerful recreational potential, which is suitable for the development of health tourism, but its use is characterized by significant unevenness. Accordingly, the issue of a deeper study of the possibilities of health tourism for the local population without long-distance moving is relevant and requires deeper research and understanding. The article provides different approaches to the definition of health tourism and substantiates its allocation into an independent type of tourism, which is carried out on the basis of the motive of health improvement and psycho-emotional recovery of a person; current trends in its functioning are considered; features of its organization with the use of software services based on a combination of different types of recreational activities are discussed. The sectoral approach to planning the development of certain types of tourism, introduced in the Tourism Development Strategy of Ukraine, is designed to determine regional species priorities. Thus, based on the existing recreational potential, health tourism is an important direction for the Poltava region. The effectiveness of its further development is impossible without the development of a Conception. The article provides the grounds for the development of the Conception, the purpose of development and objectives of health tourism, financial support and expected results.
THE ROLE OF ENDURANCE IN PREPARING ATHLETES FOR TOURISM COMPETITIONS

Abstract:The article describes the peculiarities of sports tourism competitions. One of the most popular destinations is hiking. According to the competition regulations, it is planned to overcome various distances, namely: «Obstacle course», «Cross-hike», «Rescue». Overcoming such obstacles requires a tourist-athlete of different time and intensity of work. Tourist work has a special structural basis which consists in overcoming natural obstacles with the minimum expenses of forces. Achieving the expected results is possible with sufficient development of motor skills of the tourist. This primarily applies to such qualities as endurance, as well as its specific combination with other qualities. To improve physical fitness and achieve optimal results in competitions, we have proposed the use of the fitness direction CrossFit in the training process. The uniqueness of using CrossFit lies in the variability of the combination of exercises for endurance, strength, speed and coordination. Significant advantages of CrossFit are: no material costs for; possibility of application in restrictions of time and space, in field conditions; accessibility for tourists with different levels of physical fitness.

Abstract:The article examines the history of development and the current state of sports and wellness tourism in China. The authors describe the main stages of tourism development, from ancient times to the present, and also analyze the current state of the industry. Attention is paid to the importance of sports and wellness tourism for the Chinese economy and various types of sports events held in the country are considered. The article also describes the impact of sports and health tourism on the environment and the problems associated with the violation of the ecological balance.

Abstract:The article examines the positive aspects of foreign and Russian experience in physical culture and health–improving work with workers. Attention is focused on the economic feasibility of using digital physical culture and health–improving technologies in the management of organizations, through which, according to the author, it is possible to organize physical education during the working day not only for large corporations, but also for small firms, which will have a positive effect on improving the efficiency of workers and labor productivity. It also emphasizes the key role of municipal–private partnerships in the creation and implementation of projects related to corporate sports.

Abstract:Cultural tourism resources of national and traditional physical education are the main content human tourism resources.They have close and straight relation with the prevalence of the culture of national and traditional Physical Education,the expansion of the activities of traditional Physical Education of all nationalities,the enhancement of national communications,the inspiration of national spirits,the development of national cultures,the richness of national lives,the strengthening of the people's physical constitution,the promotion of national economy and so on.They form cultural tourism products with high qualites with colorful performances and cultural connotations,and meet consumptive desirability of domestic and overseass tourists.Contemporary,we must quicken the development of the tourism enterprise of national and national physical education,and maintain the health and sustainable development of national and national physical education.
