Analysis of Root Canal Therapy Treated Endodontitis and Chronic Periapical Periodontitis Comparing Single Meal Method with Multiple Meal methods

Abstract:Objective Compare a method with multiple root canal therapy of chronic apical periodontitis pulpitis,efficacy and safety.Methods A random selection of pulpitis,periapical periodontitis patients with 400 cases,divided into the experimental group and the control group with 200 cases in each group,the experimental group with single-visit root canal therapy treatment,control group with multiple root canal therapy,treatment in the two groups were observed within one week after the complication and the postoperative effect of three years.Results A method and multiple root canal treatment after 72 h total pain incidence was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05),pain grade II,III grade difference was statistically significant(0.05 P 0.01) a method to be higher than many times,a week after the occurrence of pain to compare,the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05);of single-visit root canal therapy after the use of painkiller or antibiotics patients are significantly more more,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);imaging,single-visit root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy compared to has some advantages,but the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05);a method with multiple root canal therapy after 3 years of success rate of the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion A method of root canal therapy with multiple times,from the overall analysis of both complications and efficacy with no statistically significant difference.Of single-visit root canal therapy treatment of pulpitis,periapical periodontitis is a safe and effective method.
