Abstract:Forero et al. highlight heterogeneity in the protein content of EVs secreted by neural cells and cerebral organoids. Their findings show that neural cells present different EV uptake mechanisms and that EV treatment exerts transcriptional changes and an increase in proliferation in NPCs.
