Abstract:Horizontal cost allocation is a basic technology for reasonable pricing in multi-energy coupling energy market, used to quantity the path of cost flow that accompanies energy flow in the horizontal dimension. However, most of existing research cannot reflect the intrinsic relationship between cost and quality and fail to achieve the unification of quality and price. This paper proposes an exergoeconomic based horizontal cost allocation method for integrated energy systems (IES). Firstly, the concept of generalized energy quality coefficient (GEQC) is defined, and its framework is completely constructed. Secondly, exergy flow based exergoeconomic cost conservation model is derived to balance the input exergy cost, the non-energy cost, and the output exergy cost. Finally, the unit exergoeconomic cost of each energy form during the specified energy conversion process can be established, so that the final product price conforms to the principle of "matching of quality and price". The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified on a gas turbine based Combined Cooling, Heating and Power (CCHP) system and compared with two other existing horizontal cost allocation methods of equivalence method and EQC method.
