Abstract:The linear relationship between the square root of the electric field strength and the logarithm of the injection current indicates that the injection process of the AL/LDPE interface conforms to the Poole-Frenkel effect. The linear relationship of depolarization stage still exists, but the slope and intercept are different. This may indicate that the depolarization phase is not simply injection, but also contains components of charge extraction.
