Abstract:Green finance is a crucial initiative that promotes China's high-quality development and has affected microenterprises and the macroeconomy significantly. This research paper firstly provides a summary of the development of green finance in China, including its origins, top-level design, and policy framework. First, this article examines the implementation of green finance policies through institutional innovation, which establishes a strong basis for high-quality development. Then, it delves into the economic, environmental, technological, and social effects and mechanisms of green finance, following the connotation of high-quality development. Finally, this paper suggests policy insights and future research directions based on the current progress of green finance in China and the changes in significant environmental features to bridge the gap between practical applications and theoretical research.
