Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low transmission power and low transmission efficiency in the non-contact energy transmission system, a bilateral LCC compensation network structure under zero voltage turn-on is optimized. Using the fundamental waveform analysis method and the superposition method, the static working characteristics of the system compensation topological equivalent circuit are analyzed, and the system compensation parameter design and ZVS implementation adjustment design are completed. It can work at a constant frequency and reduce switching losses and switching stresses to improve overall system efficiency. Finally, in the system simulation environment, establish a two-way inductive power transfer system for verifying the zero-voltage switching optimized compensation network reliability. Introduction With the continuous growth of electric vehicle ownership and the continuous development of inductive power transfer technology, electric vehicle inductive charging technology has become a research hotspot in academia and industry. [1] At present, the main research direction is the one-way inductive transmission [2-4] of electric vehicles. The convenience and security brought by the bidirectional inductive power transmission technology system make more users happy to participate in this regulation. After the user reaches a certain amount, the electric vehicle will be used as a very important distributed energy storage energy to improve the intelligence and stability of the future power grid. The author focuses on a two-sided LCC compensation topology under ZVS and the effect of stable bidirectional transmission of power through control strategies. The steady-state model of the converter is derived by using the fundamental approximation method and superposition principle, and a more detailed parameter design method is given. With the proposed method, the resonant frequency of the coil of the loosely coupled transformer is independent of the coupling coefficient and the load condition. This makes it more attractive in environments where the coupling coefficient is constantly changing due to positional changes. When the system is operating at a constant frequency, the primary side and secondary side converters can operate at unity power factor. The conditions for implementing ZVS by MOSFET converters are also analyzed . Design of Bilateral LCC Compensation Topology In this paper, the bidirectional inductive power transmission technology system uses the most sophisticated electromagnetic induction technology to wirelessly transmit electrical energy. Consider the structural symmetry of the system height and the need for bilateral control. The same compensation structure is adopted on both sides of the transformer, and the full bridge circuit realizes high frequency conversion of electric energy. Principle Analysis of Bilateral LCC Circuits The LCC resonant compensation structure adds a parallel capacitor to the conventional LC second-order compensation structure. It has the advantages of series compensation structure and parallel compensation structure at the same time. Although the topology parameter design is very complicated, the circuit has the advantage of strong load adaptability. Therefore, it is especially important to study the relationship between LCC circuit parameters and give an effective parameter Figure 1. BDIPT system circuit structure diagram. design method.
