Abstract:Hepatic sarcomatoid carcinoma (HSC) is a rare and highly aggressive liver malignancy. This report presents the case of a 62-year-old patient with chronic hepatitis B who presented with a 10 cm liver mass. The patient underwent a right hepatectomy, and pathological results confirmed the presence of HSC. Despite receiving comprehensive treatment, the patient had multiple abdominal lymph node metastases within 6 months after the operation, ultimately the patient passed away 10 months after the operation due to tumor progression.
