Abstract:There are many methods for excision of the upper lobe of the right lung, including anterior approach, posterior approach, and retrograde excision. Due to the application of bronchoplasty method, the 2-cm incision is characterized by the fact that the surgical incision is parallel to the upper lobe bronchus of the right lung. Starting from the upper lobe bronchus of the right lung, the electric knife can cut off the bronchus, and the lymph nodes around the bronchus can be completely excised. After amputation, the whole upper lobe of the right lung became elastic, the length of free blood vessels increased relatively, and the anterior-posterior separation was easier. Bronchoplasty has two significant advantages in the application of lobectomy. One is that it can be removed to the maximum extent. Compared with the bronchoplasty by napping bronchial stump and ligation and suture, the length of bronchoplasty is significantly increased. Second, because no bronchial stump remains dead space, postoperative irritating cough, sputum, and other symptoms are significantly reduced. Since the incision and the superior pulmonary vein are essentially at the same level, the application of instrumentation to remove the vein requires that the artery behind it be removed.
