Abstract:The authors present an interesting and practical start-up strategy for generators during power system restoration. An efficient algorithm based on the mixed integer linear programming (MILP) is proposed to seek the optimal generator start-up sequencing. However, the discussers would greatly appreciate the authors' responses on the following aspects stated in the paper.
