Abstract:This article studies the influences of Sino\|American higher education exchanges on teaching reform of China's higher education institutions. In authors opinion, these exchanges have important influences on curriculum and teaching content reform, as well as teaching method reform and teaching management system reform of China's colleges and universities. Authors also believe that while American experienceis one of the most important factors that promote teaching reform of Chinas higher education institutions, it plays its role only as external cause, not as fundamental initiative and all foreign experiences.
