A Study of Motivation and Behavior Strategies of Non-Intelligence Enhancing Factors

Abstract:To study the related factors of non-intelligence factors and its influences on cultural qualities,492 college students were tested through a self-compiled questionnaire in 8 aspects,such as interpersonal relationship,self-structure and so on.Results:①College students had significant insufficiency in these aspects——-adaption,self-structure,disposition,interpersonal relationship.What's more,there are remarkable differences in gender,grade and household register.② The non-intelligence factors had significant influence on cultural qualities and self-satisfaction.Regression analysis indicated that,interpersonal relationship,self-improvement,the level of need and life goal have direct or indirect forecast function on cultural quality.③ Students who often participate training,elect two speualities,go to library acquire a higher score of non-intelligence factor.④ The interference with non-intelligence factors not only should be stressed while as a child,but efforts should be made by community,school and family.
