Abstract:Pyridine-2-formohydroxamic acid-4-nitro,1-oxide was synthesed by a good rate from pyridine-2-methyl and five midbody.We found pyridine-2-formate acid-4-nitro,1-oxide and pyridine-2-formohydroxamic acid-4-nitro,1-oxide are new nonlinear optic material.

Abstract:The preparation of a series of 2-pyridinamines and their alkyl derivatives is described.The target compounds are synthesized starting from corresponding 2-cyanopyridines, via incomplete hydrolysis in the presence of hydrogen peroxide in the dilute alkaline mixture of acetone-2% sodium hydroxide solution, and Hoffmann degradation reaction with freshly made NaBrO.This route is of industrial value because of cheap and readily available materials, moderate reaction conditions and convenient operations.

Abstract:The title compound including a stable nitroxide radical was synthesized by a reaction of N , N ′-diisopropylcarbondiimide (DIC) with 2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-1-oxo-3-pyrroline-3-carboxylic acid (TPCO) in an EtOAc solution under nitrogen atmosphere. From 1:1 EtOAc/hexane the compound crystallizes in triclinic space group P 1 with a = 11.078(2), b = 11.970(2), c = 15.746(3) Å, α = 105.41(3), β = 103.47(3), γ = 106.52(3)°, and Z = 4. In an asymmetric unit two molecules assemble with each other in similar bond distances and angles but show crystallographically independent conformation. A normal single C–N bond is observed in the title compound, other than the partial double C=N bond shown in the parent urea. A longer N–O distance of 1.26 Å implies the existence of a single electron π bond between N and O atoms, which stabilizes the radical molecule.

Abstract:A new and efficient method for the synthesis of 4-methoxyl-2,3,5-trimethylpyiidine with an overall yield of 76% from cheap and easily available 2,3,5-trimethylpyridine was developed. The structure of related compounds was identified by IR, H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR. The method could be carried out economically on a huge scale.

Abstract:A general synthetic route of aminopyridines which are useful organic intermediates was investigated.The target compounds were synthesized starting from corresponding cyanopyridines,via incomplete hydrolysis in the presence of hydrogen peroxide using mixture of acetone-water and dilute base as solvent,and Hoffman degradation reaction with freshly made NaBrO.The feasible conditions of the above synthetic process were discussed taking the preparation of 4-aminopyridine as example.The optimum concentration of sodium hydroxide solution in the transformation of cyanopyridine to pyridinecarboxamide was 1.0 %.And the Hoffman degradation would be efficiently carried out at 75 ℃ in 12.5 % sodium hydroxide solution.

Abstract:(5S,8S,10aR)-tert-butyl 5-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-2,6-dioxooctahydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-d][1,5]oxazocine-8-carboxylate 5, containing an original proline-like moiety, was prepared through Yamaguchi lactonization. However, it was observed that this 8 + 5 bicyclic lactone was spontaneously rearranged to the corresponding 7 + 5 bicyclic lactam under acid conditions, used to remove the Boc/tBu protecting groups. Both core structures were confirmed by one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR, as well as HRMS. The new proline-like moieties are unknown up to now, and the 7 + 5 bicyclic lactam, much more stable than its precursor, may represent a valuable template to develop constrained non-peptide mimetics.

Abstract:Pyrazole compounds are one kind of heterocyclic compounds with extensive bioactivity,and lots of pyrazole compounds have been commercialized both in the region of medicament and pesticide.In the process of finding out some novel pyrazole compounds,a~d four novel pyrazole intermediates were synthesized.Taking diethyl oxalate as starting substance,the novel compounds can be synthesized via condensation,cyclic condensation,alkylation,(bromination) and hydrolysis reactions.The yield of products was about 78%-90%.Their structures were confirmed by elementary analysis,1H-NMR,MS and IR.

Abstract:N-methyl-4-nitro aniline was subjected to a sequential chloroacetylation , nucleophilic sub-stitution and catalytic hydrogenation sequence achieving a key intermediate N-( 4-aminophenyl )-N-methyl-2-( 4-metrylpiperazin-1-yl ) chloroacetamide ( 4 ) .6-Methoxycarbonyl-2-oxindole ( 8 ) was pre-pared from 4-chlorine-3-nitro benzoic acid via a four-step reaction of esterification , nucleophilic substi-tution, catalytic hydrogenation and cyclization .Then, another key intermediate , methyl-1-( acetyl)-3-[ methoxy ( phenyl ) methylene ]-2-oxoindoline-6-carboxylate ( 9 ) was prepared by a "one-pot" process of compound 8 in the presence of triethyl orthobenzoate and acetic anhydride .Nintedanib with an over-all yield of 57 .2％was synthesized via a"one-pot" process of substitution of 4 with 9 and then depro-tection.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS(ESI).

Abstract:New pyridine derivatives (2- N -methylnitramino-5-methyl-4-nitropyridine and its N -oxide) have been synthesized. The Fourier transform IR and Raman spectra have been recorded and observed vibrational bands were analysed using the DFT approach. UV–vis spectra were measured and compared to the emission data obtained using femtosecond excitation. The calculated singlet and triplet states and the HOMO-LUMO energy gap have been discussed and compared to experimental electronic absorption and emission spectra. Simulated vibrational and electronic spectra, as well as NBO data have been evaluated using the B3LYP/6–311G(2d,2p) approach. The vibrational characteristics of the methyl, nitro, and N -oxide chromophores have been reported along with their relation to the conformation of the molecules. The role and influence of the N -oxide group on electronic and spectroscopic properties were analysed. Possible applications of the studied methylnitramino-methyl-nitropyridine and its oxidised form have been proposed.

Abstract:A unique series of compounds are prepared from Glutaric acid and various 2-Amino thiazole via a simple yet efficient synthetic method at ambient temperature. The N-(thiazol-2-yl)piperidine-2,6-dione derivatives were synthesized and characterized by multiple physicochemical techniques, X-ray crystallography, and SHG analysis. 2 out of 5 newly synthesized compounds displayed strong nonlinear optical (NLO) properties. All five compounds were studied computationally, and UV spectrometry was used to confirm the Second harmonic generation (SHG) phenomena. The compounds having a noncentrosymmetric space group have a larger band gap than the centrosymmetric space group and thus have more SHG properties. Compounds with large band gaps also have the distinctive S...O interaction, contributing significantly to conformational control of the crystal's geometry.

Abstract:The efficient synthesis of 4-hydroxy-3-arylindolin-2-ones via phosphoric acid-mediated annulation of various β-nitrostyrenes and 1,3-cyclohexanedione is described. This annulation reaction gives a practical method for affording a diverse set of oxindoles, having simple experimentation, readily available starting materials, and very good yields. Additionally, substituted 1,3-cyclohexanediones under the same conditions afforded tetrahydrobenzofuran oxime compounds.

Abstract:Derivatives of aryl and hetero-aryl substituted oxazoles have several uses in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and nonlinear optics (NLO). This study reports the synthesis and non-linear optical response (NLO) of three new compounds, viz., 2-(naphthalen-2-yl) oxazole ( NTOZ ), 2-(4-phenoxyphenyl) oxazole ( PPOZ ), and 2-(4'-bromo-2,2',6,6'-tetramethyl-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl) oxazole ( BMPOZ ), for the first time by the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling method. The structures of synthesized products were clarified by employing spectroscopic investigations using 1 H, & 13 C-NMR, FT-IR, and UV-visible. The DFT studies were conducted at the M06/6-31G (d,p) functional to visualize NLO properties. Various analyses, including frontier molecular orbitals (FMOs), natural bond orbitals (NBOs), transition density matrix (TDM), and density of state (DOS), were conducted to learn more about the NLO response of the aforesaid compounds. The results indicated that the NTOZ compound showed the lowermost band gap (4.764 eV) and uppermost bathochromic shift (307.257 nm) amongst NTOZ , PPOZ , and BMPOZ . Results of global reactivity correspond with FMO outcomes such as NTOZ with a lower band gap, which displayed lower hardness (2.382 eV) and higher softness (0.2099 eV) data. Owing to the unique properties of NTOZ , significant NLO responses such as β total = 1.3227 D and β total = 5.47910 –30 esu were investigated, indicating it is an effective NLO material.

Abstract:6-Amino-5-nitro-2-propargylsulfanyl-4(3H)-pyrimidinone (1) has been synthesized for the first time by the reaction of 6-amino-5-nitroso-2-propargylsulfanyl-4(3H)-pyrimidinone with tert-butyl hydroperoxide at equimolar ratio of the reactants leading to selective oxidation of ni-troso group to a nitro one. The product is a crystalline substance, soluble in aromatic hydrocar-bons, resistant to air oxygen and moisture. The compound has been characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The IR spectrum of 1 contains absorption bands at 3290 (NH2, st), 2855 (S–CH2, st), 1684 (C=O, st) and 1595 (NO2, st) cm–1. In the 1H NMR spectrum of 1 there are singlets of SCH2 protons at 3.87 ppm and С≡CH at 3.12 ppm. Downfield, there are singlets of NH2 group protons at 7.77 ppm and pyrimidine ring NH protons at 10.89 ppm. According to X-ray diffraction analysis data, in the crystal there are two types of crystallographically independent molecules, geometrical parameters of which are slightly different. X-ray diffraction data show that the crystal cell contains molecules of the used solvent, dimethylformamide. The planes of the nitro and thio groups are parallel to the plane of the heterocyclic fragment. C–NO2 and C–NH2 bond lengths are 1.452(2) and 1.317(2) Å, which is usual for compounds of these classes. The CAr–S distance is 1.748(2) Å. The structural arrangement of molecules in a crystal is due to O•••H hydrogen bonding (1.91(2)–2.70(1) Å) and intermolecular N•••O interactions (2.767(3)–2.984(3) Å). Also, there are face-to-face stacking interactions, the distances between centroids of aromatic rings are 4.13–4.46 Å.

Abstract:Reported herein is the design and synthesis of new O-perhalopyridin-4-yl hydroxylamines as shelf-stable and versatile amidyl-radical precursors. The novel amination reagents can be easily prepared via a single synthetic step from inexpensive commercially available starting materials using monoprotected HONH2 as amino source. Abstract:An attractive synthetic route was devaluped for making N-(4-(1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)-1,2,5-oxadiazol-3-yl) formamide (4) and di(1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl) methanone O-(nitrodi(1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)methyl) oxime (6) from commercially available inexpensive malononitrile starting material with easy purification, short experimental time and high yields at room temperature. The chemical structures of 4 and 6 were identified by NMR, IR, EA and verified by single-crystal X-ray studies. A plausible mechanism is proposed for the conversion of 4 to 6. Furthermore, both compounds have been evaluated for energetic applications. Based on their insensitive nature and good detonation performance, they are potential energetic materials.

Abstract:A novel multicomponent cascade cyclization reaction inone potfor the preparation of pyrido[3,2-a]phenoxazin-5-onesfrom simple o-aminophenols, paraformaldehyde, andenaminones has been established. It is noteworthy that o-aminophenol plays multiple roles serving as both a bis-nucleophileand an iminoquinone precursor, which can in situ generate aminophenoxazinonesto undergo the Povarov reaction for the first time to yield pyrido[3,2-a]phenoxazin-5-ones with a high efficiency. Moreover, thephotoluminescence of pyrido[3,2-a]phenoxazin-5-oneshas polarity sensitivity and features aggregation-induced emission(AIE) characteristics, which is promising for bioimaging and theranosticapplications.

Abstract:Two new supramolecular polymers [M(2-NH2 py) (2) (ox) ] [ M =Co (1), Ni (2); 2-NH(2)py =2-aminopyridine; ox = oxalate ] were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The isomorphic compounds 1 and 2 both possess one-dimensional zigzag chain structures, which are composed of [ M(2-NH2 py),] (2) ](2+) units bridged by tetradentate oxalate ligands to form three-dimensional supramolecular network via the C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds and pi-pi stacking interactions. Compound 1 displays antiferromagnetic interaction.

Abstract:N2,N2,N6,N6-Tetraethyl-4-hydroxymethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide was synthesized using 2,6-dimethylpyridine as the starting material via oxidation with KMnO4,amidation and free-radical substitution on pyridine ring.The final product was obtained by oxidation of N2,N2,N6,N6-tetraethyl-4-hydroxymethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide with the Sarret reagent and the factors influencing the reaction were discussed.The structure of target product was characterized by 1HNMR,IR and MS.The target product is an important organic intermediate for the synthesis of novel ligands containing pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid.
