Abstract:Objective To exploit the using and nursing of central venous catheterization using in treaing acuteuroshesis. Methods Using the central venous catheterization to doing suprapubic puncture cystostomy, fixedcatheterization the lead urine after puncture succeed . Results 65 patients were all can lead urine afterpuncture, relieved uroschesis.Conclusions This way has the merit included apply extensive , lesscontraindication, simple , small-wound , acquire materials easy and thus, observation and nursin bywonderfully and carefully has clear and definite sense in reduce the complications, assure the patients safeand treating effectively.
