Abstract:Kidney transplantation is the most frequently used organ grafting commonly seen in clinic worldwide.Though it helps a lot of patients,we can′t overlook its long-term complications.The incidence of bone metabolic disorder has been increasing,which is probably related with the postoperartive immunosuppressive agent.Here is to make a review on immunosuppressive agent influence on the bone metabolism,including calcium metabolism,the normal function of osteoclast and osteoblast,and hormone secretion level.And it′s found that immunosuppressive agent has a close relationship with bone metabolism,and to improve the immunosuppressive agent can improve life quality of patients.
