Abstract:In the universities,the students' associations are set up early and have good development trend,which plays an active role in the campus culture,strengthening and improving ideological and political education,school reform development and stability,etc. With the development of society,the progress of science and technology and the deepening of the reform of education,students' associations meet some bottleneck problems,such as unclear property and positioning,lack of funds,poor management and so on,which seriously restricted the development of them. This article puts forward some views and opinions from the concept of innovation,management innovation,system innovation,team innovation,and activity innovation on the innovation and development of student associations.
