Assessment of the Present Situation of Selecting Women Sprinters with a Bone Age of 12-13 in Guangxi

Abstract:The article makes an analysis on the data of physique,function, quality and athletic skills tested in the entrance examination taken by a group of women sprinters with a bone age of 12-13,who enrolled during the 1997-2001academic year of Guangxi Sports School.The indexes for the first selecting of women sprinters with a bong age of 12-13 were determined and a selective patern was set up,then the index were compard with other groups at the same level in the country.This provides evidence to the theory and practical direction of selecting women sprinters with a bone of age 12-13,supplies scientific reference for amateur coaches and avoid blindness and objectiveness in primary selection.
