My View That Small and Medium Enterprises Will Improve the Effect of the Recruitment

Abstract:Human resources management is to accomplish three tasks,that is,everyone has something to do,everything will be done,and the right person will do the right thing.While recruitment as a human resource system in the small and medium enterprise basic input link,can largely enhance the core competitiveness of small and medium enterprises. How to improve the effectiveness of recruitment,is not only the human resources department of small and medium enterprises must face the problem,and has become senior managers and employing department directors of small and medium enterprises focus of attention.The article from the basic concept and the importance of the recruitment, through the discussion on main issues of small and medium enterprises in the face of the current recruitment, has vigorously promoted small and medium enterprises should attach great importance to the recruitment, and has put forward to targeted important suggestions which will improve the effectiveness of small and medium enterprises recruitment.
