Abstract:Along with the enhancement of people's consumption level and esthetic appeal,many tourists no longer satisfy to the traditional mass tourism projects and devote to experiential tourism which can obtain more happy and unique experience.Experiential tourism is the new tourism pattern in the experiential economy time which emphasizes participation.At present,China not yet truly enters the experiential economy time and the environment of developing the experiential economy product is not mature.The experiential tourism marketing research in China is also a big blank and the thinking of planning and design is rather simplistic.The method of situational planning and design of item experience provides the new thinking for experiential tourism exploiting.Firstly,study the market foresightedness and at the right moment cultivate the market.Secondly,pay attention to psychology guidance in tourism development,build the experience atmosphere,compile the story,direct activity carefully and arrange tour line and time reasonably.Thirdly,create the experience service under fully understanding tourist psychology and role characteristic.Finally,design experiential souvenir and let the tourist obtain the unforgettable experience.

Abstract:In response to the pursuit of history and time, the design for China Pavilion in the 2010 Expo Shanghai has offered a distinctive and all-rounded solution of design, presenting a multi-angle design concept incorporating Chinese elements and time spirit. The project design and implementation procedure attracted extensive attentions of the public from the very beginning, thus made it no longer a regular construction project but more of a public affair, where the common will and participation of all works of life are joined to steer the design direction in addition to the design intents of the client and architect.

Abstract:Exotic image is not only a copy of the reality,but also involves a relationship between oneself and another.Similarly,the image of western architecture in a Chinese' s eye is not only about the very architecture,it also contains the contrary and communication between the east culture and the west one.In the early world expos,so many countries came together,and it was at a time when China had just began to open to the world.How did Chinese look at these great expos? It was a great changing age which never occurred in the past thousand years in Chinese history.Through those special observations and considerations,China embarked on a different way,and so was Chinese architecture which developed from the traditional to the modem.Now when we look at these special observations,it will be a fantastic journey to explore where we are from and where we are going.

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of technical exhibitions, we systematically analyze the location, function, audience and meaning of these exhibitions in this paper. Moreover, we discuss on the technical exhibition's exhibit planning, exhibit design and exhibit scheme. Specifically in the exhibit scheme, we discuss the advantages of Internet of things and sensing technology when using in the technical exhibitions. Abstract:Shanghai World Expo is the first comprehensive exposition held by our country,so all the Chinese people take part in it with increasingly high enthusiasm.Suzhou,as the nearest city from Shanghai,actively participates in Shanghai World Expo in a variety of ways with the attitude of "the second host of World Expo"and this participation has gradually taken effect.But there is still some room for further expansion in such aspects as exploring the Expo theme,innovating the content and form of participatory approaches and facing post-Expo opportunities and challenges.

Abstract:With the approaching of 2010 Shanghai World Expo,the 41st World Expo,all the preparations are in orderly process with the increasing importance of favorable human conditions of the host city.Based on the measuring dimensions of Shanghai residents' impact perception on the event,this study sets up a resident classification model so as to nail down the inner segmentation groups with the Interior Marketing view.The authors believe that the result of this study could be used as references to for the involved units effectivly promote and theoretically marketing World Expo image of Shanghai.

Abstract:Abstract The exhibition design of modern museums increasingly relies on the creation of space to display the unique intrinsic cultural quality and place spirit of the exhibition hall, and the exhibition space has become the focus of the design. The exhibition space has become the medium language for the dialogue between the display content and the audience, and the typical venue space presents the required information to the public. In the development process of the information age, display design complements other disciplines and provides a solid foundation for the research and development of space for pavilion design. Narrative design can help the public to seek emotional commonalities and spiritual touches when visiting museums, pursue the real experience of the scene space, and feel the atmosphere and situation created by the theme space.

Abstract:The Expo is more and more fully exposing the materialized system of modernity with complexity and tension. By the aid of Marx’s doctrine, it can be inferred that, the industrial Expo reflects the capitalist industrial civilization and its positive spirit, presents the history development from the regional history and national history to the world history, as well as displays the reality of the world centers of contemporary world scenario. The exposing way of the Expo has formed a new mode of human communication and competition. Since the modern time, the comprehensive Expo includes the following four dimensions: first, modernity materialized system of technology-led industry and market; second, the art show of Expo materialized structure and the modern art world portrayed by the Expo history; third, demands and presentation of the diversity of culture and civilization; fourth, the popular eco-civilization ideology. With the city as the theme, the Shanghai Expo has highlighted the spatial and landscape effect, and has brought forth the rethinking of the relative issues at the same time.

Abstract:AbstractSince the new century, with the changing and development of the times, cultural characteristics such as informatization, digitalization and consumerization have been continuously highlighted. New science and technology are rapidly flooding urban space, and people’s lifestyle and value orientation have undergone subversive changes. In the field of public art, the works of public art in the city are no longer the aesthetic expression of a single individual, but the reaction medium of the interactive relationships between people and things, person and person, people and natural world. Interactive, experiential and participatory design methods are increasingly valued and become the most direct manifestation of the “publicity” of art. This article will take interactive design in urban public art as the main research object, carry out a local investigation on the practice of urban public art in Shanghai area, relying on the case, focus on analyzing the presentation types, formal characteristics and connotation levels of interactive design, and discuss the construction way of emotional ties and cultural identity among artists, designers and the public. The purpose of this study is to explore the new trend of the development of interactive creative forms and design methods of urban public art, and to recognize that the future practices of urban public art is bound to grow dynamically and is an organic art that includes science and technology, experience and feedback, thoughts and expressions, aesthetic activities and the overall environment of life.

Abstract:Museums are much more than repositories of cultural relics to be preserved for the future. They are centers of learning, community centers, social hubs—even places of healing and contemplation. The museum experience is a multilayered journey that is proprioceptive, sensory, aesthetic and social. In this context, this study takes the case of the ‘People at the Seashore’ multisensory area in the folk exhibition of Taizhou Museum, applies three data collection techniques (questionnaire, in-depth interview and observation) to assess various types of experiences (object, cognitive, social and introspective) and effects (visceral, cognitive and emotional) in the museum, and analyzes the practical effect and relative merits of the multisensory approaches used in this exhibition through the lens of communication effect. Accordingly, multi-senses acquire creative significances upon the attractive and holding power of museum exhibitions, specifically the emotional relevance and resonances. Thus, museums should be more concerned with the connection and complex interaction between senses and experience, meanwhile be active with visual, auditory, olfactory, taste and proprioceptive experiences and engage in the potential impact on visitors from cognitive and emotional aspects, which is an important trend for the museum’s future development and also the vision of this study.

Abstract:The Shanghai School (海上画派), a style of Chinese art present in the late 19th century and centered in Shanghai, is the witness and contributor to the advancement of modern Chinese art, embodying all the facts and specimens from that time, and regards the process of Chinese painting from ancient to unique and distinct style as the corresponding modernization. Inspired by the translation project of the grand opening exhibition of Cheng Shifa Art Museum, this paper discusses how to reestablish evocative resonance and situational context in the translation process. Guided by the aesthetics of translation and the psychology of art, the translators try to reemerge the context, connotation, artistry, and creativity of the works of the exhibition in the Chinese-English translations, and to reach the dialogue between the audience and the artists featuring bilingual compatibility, emotional connection, and aesthetic isomorphism.
