Abstract:The Yangtze valley sustainable development key is most decided by the ecology and the economical coordinated degree.The core lies the ecology quality and the economical development level in the upstream.The upstream ecology quality is higher;the disparity of economy is smaller,which more can promote sustained development of the entire valley.Otherwise,the entire valley's ecology will further worsen;the economical gap will expand unceasingly.The upstream ecological protection and the economic development are closely related with the country,the downstream.The upstream is not only the lifeline of downstream,but also is the Yangtze valley ecology barrier,moreover is the Nerve center of country ecological security.The upstream special geographical position and the important strategic position have decided the necessity and the importance in the Yangtze valley to establish ecology compensation Mechanism.
