Abstract:Based on the theory of development economics, this paper discusses the advantages of Chinese enterprises that are “poor”, “native” and “backward”, although they can not match the enterprises of developed countries in technologies, capitals and talents. So, to deepen the economic system reform, to strengthen the cost management and make the best use of advantages are very effective methods for Chinese enterprises to improve the competitive power. Nowadays, the most important things we must do are to reform the state owned enterprises, to realize the market value of capital, and reduce the management cost. So our enterprises should not unrealistically seek for high and new technologies, and should take into account whether the technologies can improve the competitive power or not. Meanwhile we should recognize the differences between the new rising industry and the traditional industry, and pay our attention to the specialized management and competition.

Abstract:In view of economic globalization, China’s economy has entered a stage of normalized development. In the post pandemic era, the costs of raw materials, production, sales, and labor in Chinese enterprises continue to increase, leading to severe competitive pressure among the enterprises. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to actively apply the relevant theories of management economics to guide the cost management of Chinese enterprises, improve their economic benefits, and promote healthy and sustainable development. Currently, there are still many problems in terms of cost management in Chinese enterprises. Therefore, it is crucial to address these problems and further improve the effectiveness of cost management. This paper presents an overview of cost management and an analysis of the specific problems and provide corresponding countermeasures, in hopes of to providing a reference for cost management in enterprises and achieve the goal of stable and sustainable development of China’s economy.

Abstract:Labor cost management has been a mature field in the foreign enterprise management. However, China affected by long－term planning economic system has not formed a perfect labor cost control system and a clear definition, which put great impact on wage allocation and wage management. This paper analyzes the guideposts of labor cost, and then put forward a model of labor cost control for enterprises. The model achieves elasticity control from increasing state of labor cost, and achieves ratio control from level state of labor cost. In the end, this paper propounds several countermeasures to strengthen labor cost control for enterprises. The final purpose of this research is to seek for effective ways to realize the goal of increasing profit and income.

Abstract:Abstract With the increasing competition among enterprises, modern enterprises are facing a complex internal and external situation, which requires enterprises to strictly control their own cost management. The cost management activities of enterprises have great potential. Through effective cost control, we can strictly control the cost management of each link, which can reduce our own costs and improve their competitiveness. Through Porter value chain model, enterprises can control their own strategic cost, which caters to the competitive environment of enterprises. Through the value chain analysis tool of strategic management, we can better calculate the cost management of value chain, which can break through the limitation of traditional cost management. Through the whole life cycle, we can save production, R &amp, D and design, raw material procurement, production and processing costs, which can complete the whole process control of the value chain. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept of Porter’s value chain model. Then, this paper analyzes the strategic cost management based on value chain. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.

Abstract:This paper is instructed by the theories of strategic cost and target cost management, though an analysis about the characteristic and problems of traditional coal enterprise cost management,this paper brings forward concepts which must be built up in modem coal enterprises on the condition of market economy, and has set up the basic construct of introversion-oriented and extroversion-oriented cost management of coal enterprise. Introversion-oriented management is a system which implement all workers, all processes and all positions in order to make the cost objective, and this system is mainly to solve the "reduce expenditure" problem in cost management; Extroversion-oriented management is on the base of the analysis of coal enterprise value-chain, it discusses how to pursue integration, to set up strategy alliance, to implement diversification strategy, to analyze the structural and executable cost drive elements, and to analyze competitors, and then to set up the extroversion-oriented cost management system of long-term competitive edge of enterprise, this system is mainly to solve the "raise income" problem in cost management. On the base of the above studies, the paper also put forward correlative countermeasures to the problems that may appear in designing and implementing the system. The proposition of this system establishes the foundation for establishing new-type cost management mode in the coal enterprise.
