Abstract:China has recorded positive growth rates of grain production for the past eleven consecutive years. This is a remarkable accomplishment given that China’s rapid industrialization and urbanization has led to a vast reduction of arable land and agricultural labor to non-agricultural sectors. While there are many factors contributing to this happy outcome, one potential contributing factor that has received increasing attention is the emergence of agricultural production outsourcing, a new rural institution that has emerged in recent years. This study aims to contribute to the limited but growing literature on agricultural production outsourcing in China. Specifically, this study analyzes factors affecting farmers’ decisions to outsource any or some production tasks using data from rice farmers in Zhejiang province. Results from a logistic model show that farm size and government subsidy encourages farmers to outsource while ownership of agricultural machines and land fragmentation have negative effects on farmers’ decisions to outsource production tasks. Results also showed that determinants of outsourcing decisions vary with the production tasks that farmers outsourced.

Abstract:Outsourcing is a strategically important activity that enables an enterprise to achieve both short and long term benefits. An important but less well researched issue concerns outsourcing in relation to the long-term performance of an enterprise. This paper addresses this issue from the point of view of the protection of core competencies during outsourcing and by considering the trade-off necessary when certain amounts of knowledge transfer/sharing is inevitable. Two major outsourcing decision variables have been identified and quantified - the significance of the component/process technology involved and the risk of disclosing this technology to suppliers. Nine scenarios are generated by considering each of the two variables at three levels of severity: high, medium and low. Each scenario is explored in terms of the appropriate outsourcing approach, the appropriate management of the core competencies/knowledge, and the selection of suppliers. The validity of the outsourcing decision model is established using four products with 861 components from four manufacturing companies based in China.

Abstract:The aim of this study is to investigate whether outsourcing activities in East China are associated with a theoretical framework derived from the literature. Analysis of the survey data indicates that outsourcing will be practiced more extensively in the future; the principal outsourcing motivations are to reduce costs and to focus on core businesses. This paper also analyzes mutual influence among motivations of outsourcing and shows that the main motivations can be divided into four factors. Purchasing outsourcing has a significant correlation with short-term contracts, selective outsourcing has a correlation with medium-term contracts, and total outsourcing has a correlation with long-term contracts. The findings indicate that high service quality and mutual trust are the main criteria for selecting outsourcing vendors. However, the findings also indicate that the main problems with outsourcing are legal disputes, disclosure of commercial secrets and conflicts with vendors. Particularly within the context of economic globalization, informatization, and digital transformation, enterprises find themselves navigating a rapidly evolving market environment by intensifying competition. To enhance efficiency and competitiveness, many enterprises have embraced the financial sharing model to streamline financial management processes, curtail costs, and bolster the execution of corporate strategies. This article aims to dissect the definition and essence of the financial sharing model and its significance in the realm of enterprise financial management. Drawing upon this analysis and aligning with the needs of enterprise financial management, the article proposes ideas for optimizing management practices, aspiring to foster reform and innovation in enterprise financial management while enhancing its level of financial management and ability to respond to financial risks. Abstract:This paper examines the determinants of internal audit outsourcing from the macro perspective of financial ecological environment. We find that in regions with a poor financial ecological environment, firms are more likely to outsource internal audit and more inclined to outsource to other service providers than to accounting firms that provide financial report audit services for them. Furthermore, those firms with high financing constraints and non-state-owned firms are more likely to outsource internal audit in poor financial ecological environments. Firms outsourcing internal audit in poor financial ecological environments will have low debt financing costs. These results suggest firms in weak financial ecological environments tend to use internal audit outsourcing to enhance investor confidence and reduce financing costs. This paper helps expand the literature related to the determinants of internal audit outsourcing from a macro perspective, and provide a reference for improving the resource-allocation efficiency of the governance-oriented internal audit.

Abstract:Multi-National Enterprises (NINES) are outsourcing more and more of their non-core activities to companies in lower-cost countries such as China, India and Middle-East European countries. Based on the data of China, this article makes an empirical study on some factors of the long-term implications of outsourcing on MNEs' choice by structural equation model (SEM) such as policy, industry and technology. The result of the study shows that policy factor has the greatest impact on MNEs' choices of service outsourcing, industry factor is in the second place of impact on MNEs' choices of service outsourcing, and technology factor has the least impact on MNEs' choices of service outsourcing.

Abstract:The role of human resource department has been continuously changed from functional management to strategic management in real estate business. With an apparent uncertainty in the real estate market, human resource outsourcing has become an effective way of solving the problems of high cost and possible risks for real estate enterprises. The author first studied the experience of human resource outsourcing in real estate business both in China and aboard, and then established a human resource outsourcing decision-making model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The research provides real estate enterprises with a quantifiable method of human outsourcing decision-making. It can help the enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness, and promote the healthy growth of the real estate industry.

Abstract:The aim of this article is to present a research model that defines how different outsourcing strategies influence organizational control mechanisms that impact outsourcing outcomes. This research study consists of five case studies, each focusing on a foreign multi-national corporation (MNC) that has outsourcing experience in China. The results of these case studies examine the relationships among outsourcing strategies, organizational control, and outsourcing performance outcomes. In addition, the findings explain how trust competence and in-house knowledge of outsourced tasks have moderating effects between outsourcing strategies and process control. This article provides practical insight into the ways that business executives exercise organizational control in order to achieve effective outsourcing outcomes within China's evolving economic context.

Abstract:Using method of a slacks-based measure of efficiency in data envelopment analysis,the essay empirically research on the undertaking efficiency of the twenty service outsourcing model cities in China.The results of the study show that the performance of undertaking efficiency of service outsourcing model cities is not only decided by the regional finance,but also serious influenced by the input and effective usage of human resources and related infrastructure.In order to optimize the undertaking efficiency of the service outsourcing, the service outsourcing model cities need policy support and attention to the matching balance of each input element.

Abstract:With the increasing of the competition in the global market, the outsourcing strategies for enterprises are necessary to be studied and changed in order to shake down the dramatic environment. As a result, focusing on the core business has been becoming an important strategy for its advantages of reducing and controlling operating cost, improving company focus and so on. It gets clearer through such a survey of moderate organizations in different economic zones of China reported in this paper, after streamlined by the methodology of statistics package for the social science (SPSS). The study concerns the motivation, partnership with outsourcers, advantages and problems, satisfactions in contrast with a theoretical framework of practice and problems derived from the literature. All these methodologies are very useful for forming and practicing their outsourcing.

Abstract:This paper presents a general framework of intelligent financial management models under the background of big data, Through a literature review on financial management and intelligent finance and accounting, a logical deductive normative method is used to derive the overall framework of the intelligent financial management models, including a theoretical framework, operating mechanisms, and key technologies. Business processes, management tools and information systems are brought together to form a structure for the design and selection of intelligent financial management models. Key technologies in business processes are identified to form an iterative closed loop of an financial management model. The framework proposed here is helpful for improving the efficiency of financial management at multiple levels: national, departmental, corporate and personal finance.

Abstract:The aim of this study is to investigate whether outsourcing activities in east China are associated with a theoretical framework derived from the literature. By the methodology of Statistics Package for the Social Science (SPSS), the results of survey indicate that outsourcing will be more extensively practiced in the future, the principal outsourcing motivations are to reduce costs and focus on core businesses. The purchasing outsourcing has the largest correlation coefficients with short-term contract, the total outsourcing has a significant correlation coefficient with long-term contract at the level of α=0.05. The findings indicate that high service quality and mutual trust are the main criteria for selecting outsourcing vendors. However, it is found that outsourcing satisfaction is generally low. The main benefits of outsourcing are to reduce cost, concentrate on core businesses and improve the service quality, while the main problems with outsourcing are legal disputes, disclosure of commercial secrets and conflicts with vendors.

Abstract:At present,the logistics outsourcing strategy has gradually become the main operation scheme of logistics services organization and is an effective way for enterprises to integrate their resources.Vigorously promoting the socialization and specialization of logistics services is one of the main tasks of nationalthe restructuring and revitalization programming of logistics industry.In order to give a comprehensive analysis of the enterprises' logistics outsourcing action,this paper sets up an environment framework of logistics operation and extracts the dominant factors influencing enterprises' decision-making.On this basis,we confirm the basic relationship between the dominant factors by use of statistical theory and the structural equation method with the required analysis of a sample survey of the two aspect entities of the logistics services supply and demand in China.Thus,this paper gives a useful reference for systematical analysis,co-ordination,guiding the logistics outsourcing actions of the enterprises and providing the normal order of logistics outsourcing in the market.
