Abstract:With computer-aided design software widely used in engineering practice, traditional mechanical drawing teaching methods are obvious shortcomings in the effect of the culture of reading and drawing mechanical drawings, such as teaching by physical model or drawing exercises with tools. In this paper, the course hours of mechanical drawing is redistributed, then SolidWorks and AutoCAD computer-aided design software is integrated into the course teaching practice, so students' ability of manual drawing and computer graphics is dual-trained and students' learning enthusiasm and initiative are fully mobilized. Using this flexible teaching mode, teaching and learning are much easier, good teaching effect has gotten.

The Improvement of Practice Teaching in Drawing Series Courses

Abstract:Practice teaching is gradually becoming a reformation hot spot of teaching method in national university. But how to integrate the curriculum system and course groups with multi-dimensional practice teaching has not been deeply concerned. The existing problems are analyzed in the practice teaching of the drawing series courses. An innovative experiment platform for practice teaching reform is suggested. A multi-dimensional practice teaching is proposed by adding advanced computer-aided design technology into the curriculum teaching, participating in relative competition and certification test, opening elective courses, and so on. The teaching practice proves that the multi-dimensional practice teaching reform can stimulate students’ interest and improve the comprehensive quality.

Abstract:This paper describes a reform in the teaching of the course in mechanical drafting in the areas of course structure, teaching materials and teaching methods. This student-centered teaching reform has been carried out in an ongoing manner. It has brought the initiatives of both teachers and students into play, raised students' interest, enhanced the efficiency of teaching through better activities, and therefore improved the overall quality of teaching.

Abstract:With 3D Solid Structure becoming the main expression and the expression of 3D design and 2D engineering graphics being equally important,teaching reform of knowledge structure system is deepening.More and more people begin to realize it and the amount of relevant papers is continuously increasing.This is because that,with the development of computer science and technology,computer technology has gradually spread into the fields of other sciences,having changed the structure of industries in the society,and,as one of the oldest subjects,engineering drawing is also meeting the revolution brought by the new technology era.So,in order to conform to the development of the times,it is the inevitable trend of the development of history that the expression of 3D by 2D projection transits to direct 3D design in graphics education. Abstract:Along with the deepening of education and teaching curriculum reform in the new era, it also fully promotes the new development of teaching curriculum of pictorial geometry and mechanical drawing course. Traditional teaching methods and teaching concepts are no longer applicable to students at this stage, and pictorial geometry is the most basic professional course in a mechanical drawing course, teachers should focus their teaching on the cultivation of students' engineering design ability, deepen the education and teaching reform of mechanical drawing course, fully carry out the creation of diversified teaching classes, and establish a perfect modular teaching system, so that students can more intuitively, comprehensively and effectively master mechanical drawing course. In this way, students can master the knowledge of mechanical drawing courses more intuitively, comprehensively and effectively, and further promote the comprehensive development of students' overall quality. Abstract:By combining the Hall three-dimensional structure with the teaching system of engineering drawing, this paper analyzes the interrelationships among course hours, teaching contents and teaching methods through the perspectives of time dimension, knowledge dimension and logical dimension in a systematic and comprehensive way. Moreover, under the guiding of new engineering disciplines, we present some new teaching methods and teaching skills in engineering drawing course, including mobile learning, seminar teaching, innovative case teaching, immersive learning and so on. Our teaching practice has demonstrated that these reform measures can significantly improve teaching quality and effectiveness.

Abstract:The importance of engineering drawing course with high quality in cultivating high quality students is illustrated.The mechanism of teaching quality guarantee is researched from real situation of Tsinghua University.Then a teaching quality guarantee system is established which consists of four parts including a reasonable course architecture of contents,construction of high level teaching team,strict teaching work management and teaching resource building.The concrete measures applied for each part are described.The results of teaching practice show that this teaching quality guarantee system is useful and effective.

Abstract:Professional certification is the China national inspection of the construction of colleges and universities and the completion of personnel training goals, and urges colleges and universities to build a scientific and reasonable teaching quality guarantee system. With the guidance of Engineering Education Professional Certification, the integration of the concept and method of professional certification into the internal quality assurance system of undergraduate colleges is the need to improve the operation guarantee mechanism for teaching quality within universities, promote the teaching reform in institutions of quality learning and improve the quality of education and teaching in institutions of higher education. In the teaching process of engineering drawing, this article adjusts the teaching content and teaching methods of engineering graphics, and carries out reforms and practices from many aspects, such as teaching content, teaching model, and assessment methods, which provide the new ideas for the teaching reform. The result indicates that the reform can cultivate students' innovation ability, enhance their interest in learning, and improve their learning experience, which will lead to better future career performance.

Abstract:With the development of AMT (Advanced Manufacturing Technology), the greater demands have been placed on the Chinese higher education system in recent years. Characteristics of drawing courses in Chinese colleges and the advanced engineering education mode-OBE (Outcomes-based Education) were introduced firstly, and the requirements of AMT for the reform of drawing courses were presented. Moreover, the existing problems in traditional teaching model were listed, and the reform plans based on the discussing class and team project were proposed. In addition, the implementation details of teaching reform of drawing courses were given. In the end, the teaching reform practice was accomplished in Yanshan University and the students' achievements based on the discussing class and team project were shown in this paper.

Abstract:Professional courses are significant for the undergraduate students. Nowadays the teachers face many problems in teaching reform of professional course. One of them is how to improve the quality of professional course teaching and develop students’ specialty ability under the circumstance of class hour decreased. On the basis of analyzing the course contents and teaching features for the professional course of “forming methods of sheet metal for airplane parts”, the article focuses on the professional course system, teaching method, and teaching fulfillment combining the course teaching process. Firstly consolidating resources in existence, courses system is constructed according to classroom teaching and experiment teaching. Secondly as one of the most important tools in the modern education revolution, that is multimedia teaching method, is applied to classroom teaching in order to increase the student’s direct feeling. Finally the experimental teaching including demonstration teaching is carried out. Preliminary achievements are acquired in teaching practice. The students raise the interest in the professional lesson, expand knowledge range, and improve professional character.
