Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Tumor

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical value of Doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lump.Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed on the basis of two-dimensional ultrasonography inspection,internal and peripheral blood signals of the tumor were observed and the diagnosis of benign or malignant were made,and then compared with the pathological findings after operations.Results 43 malignant lesions and 263 benign lesions were diagnosed by ultrasonography.4 cases were misdiagnosed(3 benign were misdiagnosed as malignant,1 was the opposite).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of ultrasonography to breast lump were 97.56%,98.86%,98.67% respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy in differential diagnosis benign and malignant breast lump and is the preferred clinical method.
